Galvanized Metal Trough Farmhouse Wall Hanging Planter, Plant Holders Indoor Hanging for Ferns Ivy Succulent Cactus Spider Plants

This Galvanized Metal Trough Farmhouse Wall Hanging Planter is perfect in my garden. I hang them on my brick wall. I did drill holes at the bottom of each trough which was super easy, then I spray painted them the exact silver color to avoid rust. Once it dried, the next day I made succulent arrangements in the trough. I guess if you don’t mind the rustic look, because it will eventually rust, then you don’t have to paint them. But after I painted my troughs it looked real good & cute as well. I may buy another pair because it really looks great in my garden and it’s only $18. Very Happy with these super cool troughs. They add country style and flair to my garden! Oh I see that the price went up to $24.89. I should have bought 2 sets (another pair) when they were $18.00.

Get these! They are so nice and have a surprising amount of room in them. I keep them hanging on a lattice wall outside my front door and keep herbs in them. In one pot I have a Thai Basil, a Morning Glory, and regular Basil, and two Vincas! In the other I have Dill, Basil, and Vinca. LOVE!

They do take up a bit of room on the way so I am hanging them separately. They are very good quality but for some reason I am not completely in love with them. Nor sure why. Make sure you have the space to hang them.

Love these!! They are really sturdy and don’t spin around at all with the wind on my apartment balcony! I used fake plants for this years fall decorations and had to use a lot of stones so that the floral foam would sit since the bottom is round. But 10/10 I will re use them for Christmas as well!

I loved these at first but then my plants died because it rusted on the inside and poisoned my soil.

I like that the edges have a look of age to them instead of the many shiny new galvanized items on the market.Both pieces come with their side chains hanging on one hook. You can hang them separately that way, or I used a pair of pliers to open them up no problem. I was then able to attach the larger trough to the smaller one (it has a hook on either side of the bottom specifically for this)I will be using this for planting vines to spill over the fronts of the planters. I did have to drill small holes in the bottoms for water drainage.I am buying another set to do the same thing in another area of my yard.

Pleasantly impressed with this product. Better in person than in pictures. You will need to drill holes in the bottom as I did for drainage if you intend to place real plants in it to avoid root rot but that is easy to do with a drill.
