Great help with carb heavy meals
In case you didn’t know, these pills are carb blockers so you can have your cake and eat it too! I take three capsules when I have a carb heavy meal, like spaghetti. I can’t say they help me lose weight but they definitely prevent weight gain from eating a huge plate!
