These are a good alternative replacement. My first set of these lasted 3.5 yrs. I use them for several hours each week so I would say they got high usage (probably 5-10hrs), likely 750-1100 hours of usage in total. At the end of their life , the black started to flake off on one pad, that's it. You could see the other side starting to wear and tear but hadn't made it yet. I just ordered a second set. Worth the value with great comfort and pretty durable I would say based on my usage. They are easy to pop on and the included tool is essential for take-off and install.

This product brought life back to my headset! Easy to install and helped a lot with the noise canceling, which was not working properly on the old ear pads.
