Foot pedal broken after a year so now completely useless.
I really like this bin - it looks great, it’s a good size and is easy to clean. But within less than a year the foot pedal partially broke meaning we could only open the lid by pressing on the left side of the pedal. Now both sides have broken and it’s completely useless. I’m very disappointed as I thought Black and Decker would be a reliable and sturdy product. Also at around £65 it’s not cheap.

Este cubo de basura se le nota la calidad por todas partes, el pedal de apertura es muy resistente y cuando lo sueltas la tapa se cierra lentamente gracias aun amortiguador para que no dea golpes. Por fuera el acabado de acero se ve muy bien

Arrived as though via long-distance kick-boxing
Very frustrated that this item arrived completely dented. I purchased it for my mum, who could very much do without the hassle of exchanging it for an item either properly protected in transit, or sturdier, or both. Speaking of exchanging the item - where is the number you call? Oh - there isn't one. So much for opting for the brand name. Get what you pay for? Not so much.
