Great for RVs. - Purchased this brewer for use in our RV. It is almost impossible to find a 12 cup brewer short enough to fit within a 12" RV cabinet opening. At 11-3/4" this brewer will just fit. It has all the typical features you expect such as program start (aka delay start), 2 hour auto shut off, clock, and a wire mesh brewing basket. When you lift the brewer's lid the drip head is automatically lifted up and out of the way, which is much easier than having to push the drip head left or right before you can add or remove the solid brewing basket. To be a 5-star product, it would need a count-down display for the 2-hour auto shut-off, a larger diameter drip head, and an adjustable keep-warm hot plate. I found you can compensate for the small drip head by putting a paper filter inside the wire-mesh basket which further confines the coffee grinds brewing surface to a smaller area. This brewer makes a consistent flavored cup of coffee, it is lite weight, has good countertop friction pads, and a wide mouth carafe for easy cleaning. This is a product I would buy again.

Happy with this coffee maker
We've been pleased with this coffee maker. The coffee turns out great. It's easy to clean. The only issue I have is seeing the indicator on the side of the coffee maker when I'm filling it with water. We have limited counter space and where we need to place the maker it's difficult to see the water level indicator. But that is minor and I'm still giving it 5 stars.

Red LED light quit working after only about 10 uses
It’s an ok coffee maker For the price but the red “on” light quit working after only a few uses. So you don’t know if it is on or not. Wanted to return it but it was past the return date

It's a 5 star
Just got this yesterday and havent had a coffeemaker like this for years. Very easy to use, coffee tastes great ! It takes 10 minutes to brew and glad I had the right size filters on hand as they were not included. I haven't set the auto brew yet because I have insomnia, my wake up time always unpredictable 😊. Would recommend this product highly..

Broken on/off light in less than a year. Can't be returned nor replaced.
I bought this coffee maker last May. It has been okay until two weeks ago when the on/off light stopped working. I wanted to see if I have a warranty to return and replace but apparently this ran out Dec. 1st. My old coffee pot lasted over ten years and still works.

Great machine! updated(or downgraded) to cheap short-lived....
Update BELOW.....I am so excited to finally get my product! It is very efficient and honestly works better than my previous machine! So happy! No! Don’t buy it. I’ve barely had it for months and it was EXCELLENT in the beginning, but now it takes soooooo long to brew and it’s just slow and it doesn’t even keep the coffee hot anymore for more than like 30 minutes. I’m totally disappointed and now AGAIN, I need a née coffee maker.

No more paper filters , just great coffee
Love love love my coffee maker . No paper filters to worry about , no grains in my coffee and just great tasting coffee . Haven’t used the programming part but I just press the button and that’s it. Love that I can pour coffee while it’s still brewing and not have to worry about coffee dripping on the hot plate and it’s quiet .
