Excellent Exterior Lights! Excellent Price for the Quality and functionality it offers
It is exactly what I was looking for! When I started looking for the article I needed I never thought I was going to find it in only one piece and with such an excellent price. I needed to replace an old exterior light that had very powerful bulbs so it was really an energy consumer, so I never turn it on because the power bill increased too much, then I started looking for one that uses LED for low power consumption but I needed to provide good lightning, then I wanted the light color to be soft white because I wanted to match with the existing lamps outside the house, then I needed it to have motion sensor because the old one only can be on or off, then I want it to have a sensor for darkness because I don't want the light to be triggered on during the day (it doesn't make any sense), but I want it also not to be triggered for the cars that drive on the street only if someone walks or drive inside my driveway, and I thought... "I'm being so much demanding, I don't think any product match all that I need in only one piece", but anyway I started my search and suddenly ... BOOM! I found this wonderful article that matches every need that I had. * The package is very neat and brings everything needed to perform the installation. * The installation is very easy, it took me less than 10 minutes to take the old lamp off and install this one. * The structure of the lamp is very strong but lightweight at the same time. * It has rubber protection to protect screws from rust due to rain. * The lighting is strong and a nice soft white color. * The motion sensor can be adjusted to be triggered only to the desired distance. * The darkness sensor can be adjusted to be triggered only during the night. * The light's position can be adjusted to focus where you want to. I'll definitely get a couple more to replace old lamps in the backyard.

Straight up the best motion lights for under $100.
I've put in probably hundreds of motion, dusk/dawn, and combo lights over the last several years for clients, and this is the one I now recommend to anyone who doesn't have exotic requirements (such as tying in to a security system or industrial certifications, etcetera). Build quality: The quality of the components and construction is extremely robust, it uses standard threads and components if you do ever need to make repairs, which is unlikely but possible thanks to the powder coated metal construction. The electronics are nicely potted and they don't use the thinnest possible wire. There is ample length on the wiring for any type of installation you may need, and the hardware appears to be stainless steel. Even the wire nuts included are of reasonable quality and an appropriate size for use with typical copper wiring. Features: Basic but effective. On from Dusk to Dawn, Motion Trigger, or Motion Trigger from Dusk to Dawn. The range is adjustable to beyond 50 feet, and the unit is sensitive enough to pick up the dogs doing their business behind my garage, but not triggered by foliage that is definitely in its field of vision. There is one undocumented feature that you may want to use, or may get frustrated by. There is a dial to adjust the brightness level required to trigger the light in "Dusk to Dawn" mode. Basically, you can set how dark you want it to be before the light comes on automatically. This is useful if, for example, there's a streetlight or porch light nearby that might be interfering with the one you're trying to adjust. The directions say to set this dial to the lowest value in order to use the "Motion from Dusk to Dawn" mode. If you do as directed, the light will only come on if it senses motion during hours of darkness. However, if you set that sensitivity dial it to a higher value on Motion mode, the lights will come on at about half brightness automatically at dusk, and switch to full brightness when the motion is triggered. Maintenance: I am comfortable calling these maintenance free. Depending on where you live and where you install it, you might occasionally need to give the bulbs or sensor a quick wipe due to dirt/dust/grime, but I haven't yet. I have four of these lights in various places around my residence, and none have required that I touch them after I get them set up to my liking. The oldest one has been there for almost 3 years. Setup tip: A great way to aim the motion sensor quickly and accurately is to stand underneath it on your ladder (or whatever) once it's wired up and screwed in, and face the direction you want the light to "watch". Make a peace sign with your hand and put the back of your hand on the bottom of the sensor. Now just point your fingers where you want the sensor to watch and use your other hand to move the sensor to match the direction your fingers are "looking".

Great Motion Sensing Light
I purchased this motion sensing light in February of 2021. I waited a while to give it a review to make sure it continued to work well after installation. This is an excellent motion sensing light. It is extremely bright and the motion sensor works flawlessly. I purchased and returned 2 other lights because they would turn on for no reason at all. This light only goes on when there's motion (as it should). It was easy to install and is well made and has a neat, clean appearance. It mounted and functions perfectly under an eave which a number of the other motion sensing lights said you couldn't do, they had to be mounted to a wall. I mounted it at a new exterior door opening where it would have been difficult to install a light with a switch. If anyone leaves the house through that door at night (or uses the door at night to go inside) it comes right on. I have a push button lock on the door and you can read the numbers perfectly due to the brightness of the light. It fits the bill perfectly. I highly recommend this light.

Nice security flood light with some missing features that should have been included.
Nice security flood light with some missing features that should have been included. The major plus is the warm light color which is hard to find these days. The Good: Solid aluminum construction. Nice Warm, non glaring 3000k lights Quality construction. They don't look bulky. Lights are easily poseable in almost any direction. Detection range works very good. Runs on AC only not batteries, making for a bright light. Lots of adjustments for length of time to sensor range. Functions as advertised. The Bad Doesn't come with an override feature to keep the lights on. This should be included in at this price level. The only way to defeat the auto off setting is to manually turn the flood lights selector switch to on. A little expensive compared to the competition. The selector switch doesn't click into the different choices very good. Feels cheap. Could be a little brighter for my tastes, but it is decent light!

Quality lights at a good price
I ordered a total of four motion sensor security lights from JJCLED, 2, two-bulb for the front and 2 three-bulb for the rear of my house. My set up has me installing them under the eve of the house so after unpacking them, I made sure to loosen the set screw on the sensor and rotate it so I didn't have to do it on the ladder. I even set the controls before hanging them. Installation was easy, black wire to black wire, white to white and the light's green/yellow to my ground. The package came with screws, bracket, wire nuts and a weather-proof seal which I recommend you use. Once the lights were installed I turned on the switch and PRESTO, these lights are bright. After all four were installed I went in, grabbed a beer to reward myself and looked outside. One of the front lights were on. Thinking it would go off as I set them all to 5 minutes and moved them back to AUTO (so I thought). The next day it was still on so I grabbed a ladder and went back out. This particular light was set to ON TIME meaning it was on all the time; I guess I bumped it when installing it. So I got the ladder and checked them all. Now they were all set to AUTO, good right? Nope. There is a dial on there for LUX. In my limited vocabulary that meant how bright do you want the lights to shine when they turn on (maybe mood lighting for an intruder). Nope, that is the sensitiveness of the sensor. They sense you in broad Florida daylight and turn on. I went to the question section and saw a few others were in the same boat. Turn the LUX all the way counter-clockwise if you want them to work at night. So now, I have four lights installed on the corners of my house and they work like they are supposed to. I even took the newest "old" one and installed it over the doggy door so Eastwood can see when he goes out for relief. I really do like these lights. Thanks for reading.

Thoughtfully designed
It seems like whoever designed this light actually got up on a ladder and thought our what the average person would want in a motion light, and put it into well made but very budget friendly package. I found this exceptionally easy to install if you read the directions, and even the fixture ground lug was placed right out front for easy access. Both lamps are easy to point and lock down, and even the hoods move. The 5000k light color is nice and bright, and I also found it easy to point them down in a direction that did not also illuminate my neighbor's house. It's also well made. We have had a couple good rain soakers during the 6 months since installing the first one, and its held up with no issues. The real test will be after a few winters here. Hopefully, I won't need to use the 5year warranty. The only issue I have is getting the motion sensor adjusted properly. If it is set high, the light will stay on all the time. Setting it mid range, as the instructions say, it does cycle on/off properly, and is not easily tripped by leaves or small animals, but it seems to have some range loss and dead spots. I have been thru a few motion lights, including the home center ones that last about a year and trip constantly before staying stuck on, and some expensive ones that have superior range/detection but failed right after the warranty expires. This one blows away the home center ones and give you alot of flexibility for an awesome price. I'm on my second one, replacing a very old (40yrs+) switched on/off fixture on my garage with a built in j box. . That required adding a metal junction box (about 5 bucks) , and even with that, the install was a breeze.

Keep looking, don’t buy!
Not waterproof at all. Bought three of these lights and two of them are full of water. Was curious as to why they weren’t working, so I looked inside and found a light full of water. Very disappointing and safety issue!!

Good security light for side-door or back-door
I bought this to replace a LED security that’s was on the fritz due to a bad motion sensor. Anyhow, this was relatively easy to install if you’re somewhat handy. If you’re somewhat hesitant, watch about 3-4 DIY videos online and that should have you ready to go. This light is perfect for my needs. I wanted another LED light because they’re about 5x brighter and use far less energy than bulbs. They also have a much longer life. I like this unit because although I love super bright lights, but I feel rude for my security lights in my backyard casting a bright shine into my neighbors’ yards and their windows. These have hoods over the lamps so it can shade the beam and minimize the shine for my neighbors. These also can point almost straight down without hampering the motion sensor too much. It blocks it a little, but for my purposes this is acceptable. There are a few options on how to run this light. Dusk to dawn, on/off at the switch, Motion sensor. Lots of choices without being too many options. I have mine pointed down and it doesn’t seem bright unless you’re standing underneath it. I haven’t pointed them up at all to see how well they light up my backyard but I’d imagine they would do okay. If I wanted that I probably would go with something bigger and badder. This a solid back-door or side-door security light. I use something much brighter for my driveway in front of my house.

Best light
Installed my light, works great, different time duration can be set. I like the white light produced, it is not like some with a yellow light.

Wonderful light for our mudroom.
Walking into our house through a dark mudroom was a challenge, especially with arms full of groceries, or children. Now the light comes on as soon as I open the door. It's a wonderful addition. I appreciate being able to adjust the range and position of the motion detector, and set the time for the light to stay on. Some basic electrical knowledge is required for installation, and an extra pair of hands to support the light while connecting the wires would be helpful.
