For some reason I can't reliably find farro at my local grocery store - luckily Amazon carries it. This is a nice basic farro. Definitely will rebuy when I run out!

Best tasting farro
To me, this is the best-tasting farro. It cooks really well (I learned to take the extra step of rinsing the farro before cooking) and I add a bay leaf to the boiling water and farro when cooking. I just wish this farro brand were easier to find in stores, and it is expensive. But oh so good!

This is a grain and it is NOT gluten free. It is quite tasty and a nice change from rice. Will continue to buy.
