How do I describe the virtues of candied peel. They are packed full of flavour, and enhanced our Christmas cakes and Eccles Cakes too.

extremely soggy ... disappointing
I was honestly shocked when seeing it arrived with a lot of moisture in the bag. All the peels are soggy and stuck together. It should be dried thoroughly for keeping it fresh. It's not the same as described...disappointing.
