This is a great quality bag with thick material and metal zippers. There are tons of pouches and pockets to organize all your stuff but not be too bulky. The only disappointment is the usb charger, I’m not sure how you even use it. It comes with a cord but doesn’t connect to anything. I haven’t found any charging packs small enough to fit in the pouch where the cord threads through, it seems kinda useless. This was incidental to why I chose this bag though so it sill gets five stars.

Cutest bag! And very practical. I like that it’s light weight and has a bunch of different pockets and sections.

I do like this backpack alot! Very spacious fits everything I need and more for paramedic school! Unfortunately the only problems I've had are the zippers are coming undone so I will probably be purchasing a different bag.

As soon as I got this bag, I was super pleased with the size, fit, compartments, etc. It was just what I was looking for. However, after a month of use the plastic clasp that holds the strap simply broke (see picture). I never overstuffed the bag, I never threw around the bag, I never mishandled it, or anything, especially since my laptop was in there at all times. But one time, I went to pick it up and the plastic part just snapped a part. Luckily, it wasn't that far from the ground! I was shocked when I saw that it was the plastic clasp, I truly thought the bag ripped. I also was tried to simply return the bag, but unfortunately this happened three days after the return policy ended. Overall, highly disappointed, particularly because I was really enjoying using this bag...

Looks great, nice and sturdy. People need to be aware that it’s a charging PORT, not an actual CHARGER. If you put a portable charger in the backpack and feed the cord thru, you can actually set up a portable charger. So it’s NOT false advertising, it’s common sense.

I liked the bag. It was small. I did manage to fit a 15.6 inch laptop however the corners would poke through the fabric so I would not recommend it. It would fit in the laptop sleeve inside. I loved the front pocket with the to bottle holders. I’m a diabetic so I was thrilled that my emergency juice boxes fit right in them. Wish more bags had them. However like another user said happen to them my bag strap broke right at the plastic piece about a month after receiving it. I think the issue is over stuffing the bag and adding to much weight which makes the straps to tight and it just snapped. If the bag becomes to stiff there is no give when you put it on making the straps tight depending how you adjust it. If your in a rush it’s no good but if you take the time to readjust the straps for more room when the bag is tight you might be good. I think I can fix it later on, if I undo the stitching and put a new plastic piece in which I might do. But it’s a effort for right now and clearly it was not holding up for my purpose which was college. I don’t normally carry at lot or intended to bring my laptop to school really but things happened and I needed to bring it and it just didn’t work out after a couple of times doing that depending what I had in there with it. I think I’ll fix it because I really liked the design of the front pocket. In fact I liked all the pocket really it had a lot of nice compartment. But I’ll have to restrict it to light uses and travel. I wish it came in my colors and pattern than just the gray. But the gray is sophisticated I suppose and can go with anything. I did find a similar bag with the same design as this one (except they don’t show the inside of the front pocket so I’m not sure if it has the makeup bottle holders like this one) in a nice flowery pattern in two colors which claimed to fit a 15.6 in laptop. However the dimensions on that bag were labeled to be smaller than this one so I had my doubt. So I didn’t buy it.One annoying thing about the bag is that it did come with the usb cable for your power bank, but I had to set the whole thing up myself. The piece that is sitting on the outside for you to plug your charger in is empty and you got to put the cable they give you in place in this tiny cutout in the bag. It took me like 10 to 15 mins to get it in properly. I buy a new bag for school which also came with the usb and that bag had everything in place so it was even sowed in and sealed properly which looked better than the whole this bag has.I also did not get to test the water resistant capabilities. I was a bit skeptical. It never rained hard while I was using it. But I did test it by spilling some water on the bag. It does soak into the top fabric. It doesn’t just sit on top and fall off like other water resistant fabric. But to its credit I did feel any water soak to the inside compartment. I even left paper in it and the paper was dry. But it was a lot of water so I’m not sure. It can properly withstand light rain. My new bug doesn’t claimed to be waterproof but says it’s water resistant and I feel a little more confident with that one because of how the fabric feels.

I like everything about the backpack except I have to get the time to modify it. The straps slide out of the metal brackets. I make sure to catch my backpack since I carry a work computer. I fit everything I need and still have space. Overall is good for the price.

I am a person who carries everything needed for the day. Works great for me, and for whoever is a very busy on the road type of woman. The room inside of this backpack is just what I have been looking for. The charge plug for your phone, and the nice look is just an extra benefit. Would recommend to others, and would buy again
