This is nicer than described. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the case and considerable amount of thought that the manufacturer has to include everything you need for an easy installation.I work in a cabinet shop and am pretty rough on my phone. I needed something thick, solid and seemingly indestructable and this fits my needs 100%.The case is thick and rigid but flexible and easy to install. The tempered glass installation (which I was the most worried about getting right) was actually very easy. The case comes with 2 cleaning cloths, 1 you use to clean the actual phone screen so the additional glass cover goes on crystal clear with no finger prints or smudges. The second cloth is for cleaning your tempered glass. It's really easy to stick on and once you peel it off the backing and stick on the phone screen, it becomes totally invisible.A quick tip = once you put the additional glass on, go to settings and increase the "touch sensitivity". You don't have to do this but it makes the touch very easy.All of the cut outs and lens / 3.5MM audio out, on / off and volume buttons all line up perfectly. This case is the same price as some really crappy rubber cases at Walmart but 10x the quality and all the accessories. Case, tempered glass cover, a really heavy duty belt clip the case snaps in and out of. 2 cleaning cloth's and a lanyard.The cases kick stand is cool and snaps in and out really easy but is just as heavy duty as the rest of the case. This case is a 2 time "Drop protection" winner with a life time warranty.Highly recommended!!(Using with a samsung galaxy A20)I would like to add an update, my case is STILL rock solid. These people who order something, use it for a year and post a 1 star review because something miraculously became less than perfect, of course due to no fault of their own.... (LOL) are idiots. The same people will buy a vehicle, put 200,000 miles on it and then post a scathing review because they had to change the spark plugs and re charge the AC. MORONS! Yes, this is touted as Military grade! NEWS FLASH = Even the Military has to fix elements in their arsenal ... and believe it or not, they will even upgrade these elements and discontinue use of the original "Military Grade" item. I know that is hard for some people to wrap their head around. If ZIZO made this case out of metal, people would complain that it was too heavy or wouldn't go through a metal detector, then in 2 years people would be complaining that it was "Tarnished" ... This ZIZO case is awesome, I run sound and also work in a very caustic environment (pro audio guitar and bass speaker cabinet shop where we build everything from scratch) I have dropped, stepped on, covered it in dust, actually stepped on it with the flip out stand and IT WAS FINE! I popped it right back in place.... good as new!

Okay, I was looking for a case for my new phone because my last one committed suicide. I had that phone for 3 years without incident but now the game has been changed. I needed something new. Something I could trust. Something that could withstand the dangers of toddler exposure. These little angels turn into angels of darkness when it comes to things they are not allowed to play with. Sneaky little buggers that will pick your pocket first chance or swipe your items when your attention turns elsewhere. It would be different if it just stopped there. No way Jose. Once their grubby little fingers get a hold of that wonderful little portal to the digital world, the pressure/durability test begins. From the sticky fingers, from pop-sickles that have wrappers that these wonderful monsters of curiosity refuse to utilize, to the Michael Jordan style slam dunk on the ceramic tile floor. This durable phone case with the tempered glass screen protector is easy to clean and strong enough to withstand the fingers of little imps. The mobile device has already been saved from the shock and awe of being tossed down the stairs by a 2 year old with a promising future in Pro Baseball. The belt clip holder has endured just as much punishment from my seat belt attempting to kill me when trying to exit the vehicle. Not only would I buy this again but have already convinced my wife and 2 other friends to purchase the ZIZO Bolt phone case. With the various options for color, style and flare are still within reach. Not your average boring phone case. This is your choice for technology survival tools.

Before I bought this case I checked lots of reviews to insure it would fit my Galaxy A50. All the pictures were of the Galaxy A20 fit not the A50. The A20 users said yes but that's not reassuring. The yes reviews would not address the question of the 3 camera lens PLUS the flash. The A20 pics looked like the A50 flash might get covered up. ...So, I took a chance, and ... yes, this cover allows for the 3 camera lens and the flash. Everything fits where it should and does not cover anything it shouldn't. This case does have the rear hole for the A20 finger print scanner which the A50 does not need but that doesn't hurt anything. The reasons I didn't give this case 5 stars are: The volume and power buttons are very stiff and need substantial pressure to work, but they do work; the kick stand is very fragile but I don't use it; and the front cover/holster belt clip that snaps on is very hard to get off with one hand. Maybe in time, it will loosen up. The hidden card slot is for one card only and you have to remove the cover to access it. The last of my concerns before I bought this case was the Tempered Glass Screen Protector. My job is very harsh on the phone screen. I usually find a case that has a flip cover with a magnet closure but could not find one for the Galaxy A50 that was rugged enough for my needs. This screen protector is not attached to the case but it is very firm and very easy to place on the phone. It basically sealed itself to the phone once I had the placement perfect. It does cause a tiny bit of effort for the touch screen to work but once you get used to it, it's fine. The anti slip is a plus in my book also. When I place my phone on my car dash, it stays and does not slide off. Over all, I think this is a great rugged case for the price!

I have tried out several different cases for my new A20 and while this one isn't as pretty as some, it seems far more stable and protective without doubling the weight of the phone. The fact that it actually has a protective lip around the screen was the deciding factor for me. It's not a big lip, but just enough to make certain the screen isn't touching the surface when placed face down which is extremely important based on past experience.My last phone had a Ballistic case that I loved and definitely saved my phone several times but they don't make cases for the Samsung A20 so I am thrilled ZIZO seems to be a comparable alternative.
