The meter works good and calibration was needed out of the box. It was off a little on the ph. The good news is the potiometers are actually decent as far as calibration goes. The calibration dials work good. Clockwise to decrease the reading and counterclockwise raises the scale. Its a little backwards but it works fine. Im happy. Might buy another one later down the road when i need it.

The media could not be loaded. I unboxed this meter for the first time yesterday. I am about to start a new grow, and wanted to try out a new meter. I followed the instructions provided, the PH probe and adjusting screw works well. The EC/PPM probe and adjusting screw does not work. I turned it multiple times to the left and to the right, and it does not adjust the EC calibration settings. I reached out to the seller’s customer service to use my one year manufacturer’s warranty. They asked me to send them a video of what is not working (which I did). They then responded with ways to possibly correct the issue, after trying their suggestions it was clear that the meter is defective due to a manufacturer defect. I am upset by the quality of this product and the customer service. I should not have to go back and forth in order to use the manufacturer warranty I was promised. Due to the poor quality, and malfunctioning out of the box product I have to spend more money to buy another PH meter that actually works and performs like it is supposed to. I would not recommend this meter for any one. I will update this and correct it if the seller helps me get this issue resolved in a timely manner.

Hi after doing a massive search on amazon for meters i stumbled on this magnificent item. straight out the box it is pre calibrated as per the company's specs but also include the calibration solution to fine tune it to your exact needs, This was brought so i no longer have to test my reservoir ph it. now i have accurate reading witch increase my plants hippieness. overall the best product i brought 5 *****'s

I’ve always looked at these meters online and always wanted one but they always seem too expensive. This was the first one that I seen was affordable you do get what you pay for though as the displays on this one are starting to look a little poor after a few months, but this saves me so much guest work to glance down and see where my nutrient reservoir is in regards to pH temperature and ppm

Hey. I like this. I have it wall mounted. It is accurate. I have another pH meter by a different maker and it is amazing how close the numbers are. It tells me it's working. The thermometer is accurate and gets readings similar to three other thermometers in my tank. And the TDS display is right in line with two other hand held TDS meters that I use. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this.

If you want to measure the Ph of one container, and the EC of another seperate container, this is for you. If you want to measure the Ph and EC of the same container/liquid this will not work. When I measured the Ph and EC seperately this was spot on. However when I put both probes into the same container/liquid the EC would quickly go out of range and the Ph reading was way off. I suspect that there is an unwanted electric leakage current flowing between the 2 probes when in the same liquid, which is hosing the readings. This should have been caught by the Co. QC department. Bad desigh/assembly for sure.
