Q: Does this come in white?

I have not seen it in white just black.

Q: can this be used behind a toater oven in the outlet behind the oven? Can it take some heat?

It should be able to work as it is just an extension made of the same material as the power cord.

Q: How far does it stick out when plugged in? I.e., what is the clearance or depth required?

sticks Out 1+1/8" and Down 1+1/2" If your power cord is reinforced at the plug, as most of this type of cables seem to be, it adds up to 3+3/8" of rigidity vertically. This became a problem with my new powered speakers & I have to set the speakers all the way to the back of my desk now so that the cord can hang over the edge.

Q: will these work with powered speakers 100-240 vac 50/60 HZ 200w

100 - 120 volt - yes it will work. 240 volt - no.
