INMAKER No Tie Shoelaces, Pack of 2, Elastic Shoe Laces for Kids and Adults

I was skeptical as some of the reviews said these snapped right away. My 10-year-old son breaks everything. I mean everything. He has hand motor skill issues and despite years of trying, just cannot master tying his shoes. We’ve been buying Velcro closure sneakers but now that he is bigger they are harder to find and sometimes you just want the look of laces. I bought these and put them on. It took me a few tries to figure out which ones to use for the bottom and top but worked it out. At first, he hated them. It was really hard for him to get his shoes on. He needed a shoe horn and we had a few morning battles before school. After the third day, he no longer needed the shoe horn and now he can slip them on and off at will but they never fall off or seem loose. He’s been using them for 2 months now and so far so good. I can’t say how long they will last but I am happy with them for him. I’m thinking of buying some for my own summer sneakers.

These work great for my vans. The only problem I had with them is that most of the laces were too long. As you can see in the image, the longer ones shown are not very useful. There aren't many shoes with laces that wide. If they came with more of the middle to smaller length laces, this would be perfect. (I wear US shoe size 8 for reference)

I originally bought some for my 7 year old, because for some reason no matter who ties a child’s shoe, it will come untied 900x a day and I felt bad for his gym teacher. Then I got some for myself! And I LOVE them!

SO these bands don't stay in the eyelets, and have such a severe range of lengths that don't really match up with the usual spaces between eyelets on a shoe. They pop out of place when I pull on or off the shoe, and then I have to fuss with wedging them back in place. They're not saving time or solving problems. They're scattered all over the city from the dump to under my bed. Don't bother with this garbage - just buy long elastic laces that are one piece per shoe.

I wanted to love these but they just didn't work with my shoe, Keen leather tennis shoes. They are definitely a bit of a struggle to get on, but the real problem is the tongue of the shoe. To work, the shoe would need to have both a slot in the middle of the tongue (which mine did have) AND a pull tab on the end of the tongue to pull it out and uncrumple it after you get the shoe on. Mine did not have that so there was no way to get the tongue back out of the shoe once the shoe was on. If your shoe has both of these features on the tongue, give these a try--they might work. Or not, hard to say!

Thank you for saving the sanity of an aging grandma. I am so thankful for your ingenuity in producing this products. Now, I can walk with my middle school grandson without constantly telling him to tie his shoes. He loves him also.😍

I am not satisfied from my buy. First look I was like great choice but after my son fighting putting his shoes on I was so sceptical. The way how they are made and fit i guess they are for little feet ( my son wear size 1 little boy) . My son come back from school without one of them so I had to remove and rearrange the entire shoelasec. Let see how will be after second wear. I expect more stretching.

I bought this product for my brother who is about to undergo shoulder surgery that will require months for recovery and rehabilitation. He will only have use of one arm and asked for my help or recommendations. As far as I know, this product could not have been any better or more appreciated! I read about this product online as a great help and other things you can look for at Amazon. Thank you.
