Full windows 10, and took Office 2016 with no issues. Screen is vibrant in colour and good sensitivity to touch making it great as a tablet. The weakness will be the charger connector which is like an old pin connector and these can be easily damaged over time. It works quickly and downloads webpages efficiently and has been pretty much ok for 11 months. Two issues - an issue with failed boot ups once. Just kept hard resetting for 5 mins and been ok since. Doesn't like Avast antivirus, once uninstalled it seems to bring the whole system down and requires a rebuild at boot. Also did this to my Levono, which is much more powerful, so seems to be Avast, and not the PC. For a cheap full Windows 10 tablet with an attachable keyboard it's been very good so far.

This computer arrived looking beautiful. For the first two days it worked like a dream Bedford the charging port sheared off leaving exposed wires . I accepted that as ' one of those things" and bought a new one. Three days later, the fn key became stuck I and typing became near impossible on the keyboard- it was also incredibly annoying. As this was the day before lock down commenced i managed to get it to a computer shop who drew incredibly puzzled but eventually managed to get it fixed just in time. Three weeks later, the tablet completely refused to recognise the keyboard although power was getting to it- the power light was visible. Uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboards did no good, so in an act of desperation we did a factory reset. After that, things went from bad to worse, only half the data was deleted, the o.s system became obsessed with sticky keys, and it was impossible to access anything. After switching it off and on again ( because that guess everything!!), it wasn't even possible to get past the password screen as it automatically swapped from lowercase to uppercase letters, rendering the password incorrect, and closed the keypad when we tried to put the pass code in. Thank you Amazon for a full and quick refund! It's a shame because the computer worked well and was exactly what we needed at a reasonable price, not a bad speed and relatively recent audio and graphics. I hope it was just a one off disaster that we got, but based on ask the faults it developed ( overnight in one case) I'd heartily recommend to avoid. Is also worth mentioning there is no help available from the makers website unless you are fluent in Chinese, and even then , I'll not sure there was a help centre. For the price it's definitely worth it, but some flaws. Main bugbear was that it wouldn't allow me to change the region/timezone. It only stays on China and wouldn't let me change to UK as it says I don't have right privileges, even though account is admin. So had to set the time manually. Other thing is the charger, the input sticks out and is not flush when pushed in - see photo. Boots up fast enough and good solid machine so far - well apart from the flaws...

I have two kids at home, but they always fight for ipad, because they want to watch kids Chanel.. specially by the quarantine, they always spend time in the ipad. so I looking for some tablet cheaper and efficient for one of them. and well, this is my choice. 2in1 laptop, can use as touchscreen tablet for thwm to watch, when I dont need. or sometime, if I want to use it to do my work, i can connect with keyboard and then it is laptop to fulfill all of ours need. with it is great. 6gb ram storage is much enough for them to using, working smoothly if just using in single work, I have no argu as it is much cheaper than the similar laptop, and the function is variouble. I bought a 512gb usb card enable to save my lots of pictures and videos, and also it ia more easy to put my memories into a files. my brother sometime will use it for his online class, and he said it is good, but just sometimw will pop up the edition function to make him no idea how to exit it. but so far, it no big problem. i happy to have it so far it doesn't broken ND WORKING PERFECTLY even my kids drop it on the floor. 😂😂😂😂

The tablet itself is very good. Responsive, quick, decent memory (although we have also inserted a memory card). The detachable keyboard is quite good. Come in US layout, so, if you are in the UK, you will have to reset the keyboard settings. The connection from the keyboard to the tablet isn't great, and is unstable. A small peice of plastic snapped off because of that, shortly after we bought the computer. Also, the power cable socket in the side of the tablet isn't very tight, so, be careful that the charging plug doesn't fall out when you think you are charging. Like I said though, the tablet itself works really well. UPDATE May 2021 Tablet returned for full refund. The power supply stopped working altogether, so the tablet ended up as useless.

Brilliant. So pleased with this purchase! I wasn’t sure what to expect but couldn’t be happier. Small and lightweight. Easy to set up. The keyboard attaches and detaches easily. When I set up I set the keyboard as United Kingdom so have put the rubber keyboard layout over the top of the keyboard and it is perfect. I read one review which says the English keyboard doesn’t have a # but this isn’t the case, the # is on the far right, third row from the top. I also bought a Microsoft download package for just under £10 from Amazon and have downloaded Word PowerPoint Excel and Access onto the laptop.

I love that this has a touchscreen feature, it's quite small too so very convenient for doing university work on. However I had a few issues with this laptop: it would consistently disconnect from the keyboard (since it is detachable) and would make it impossible to write anything, I contacted the company about this who were of no use at all, with little to no helpful customer service. As good as this laptop can be (WHEN it works) it's very fragile and it might be better looking at other alternatives.

Have two of these, on one the charger port refuses to work (new charger tried still no luck) on the other the connection into the keyboard no longer works so when it’s docked you can’t use the keyboard at all which makes it pretty much unusable as the touch screen isn’t the best- I’d advise getting a second hand branded laptop for a small amount less. Both of these are around 12 months old and have had very limited use during that time. One used by me as a backup at work for excel spreadsheets the second for my daughter to do homework on and she’s not used it for 6 months since the keyboard stopped working.
