Product was very easy to install. The directions were clear and all the parts needed were included as expected. First impressions are that the product is well built and sturdy and I see no reason that it shouldn't hold up well to continued use. The alarm itself was loud; not too loud, but loud enough to ensure that I will hear it no matter where I am in my space. Highly recommend - works as expected, well built, and good value.

Bought two of these push bars and at first they worked perfectly and as expected. After a few months, they both have different problems that make them unusable. The alarm on one of them no longer goes off when opening the door and is set to "alarm", and the other one won't open without sticking a screwdriver into the latch to manually release it (which defeats the purpose of an emergency exit door).

Enjoyed this products packaging. Directions were very easy to follow! The alarm is perfect. Just loud enough to hear unlike others which are unpleasant. High quality product! And did I mention the TEN YEAR guarentee? Definitely worth the investment!!

No template was in the box as indicated. That made it a bit of a challenge to install. If the "instruction" booklet actually matched the actual item that would have helped. Once I figgered it out, it worked fine. I just wish I didn't have to do it blind. Alarm IS loud, which is what I was hoping for. Once installed, it works very well. I would buy again since I know it works well, but if I had known it came without template, I wouldn't have bought it. If you're above average in mechanical aptitude, this is the one you want, but don't go into it thinking it will be easy. Also, I really think the keys are WAY too small to be useful. So small that they can be easily lost.

Easy installation. The one complaint I do have is that it didn’t come with a template to mark holes to drill. It claimed to come with it but it did not. If it survives the bar life I will purchase again.

VERY poor quality. Alarm and strike latch do not work properly, together like they should. Strike plate and other internal parts are made poorly and other components are inferior. Waste if time and money.
