SITMOD Essentials Gaming Chair Ergonomic Computer Chair with Adjustable Height, Headrest and Massage Lumbar Support

This feels like a really sturdy chair and certain looks well made.Fairly simple instructions and the assembly took about 5 minutes.I'm 6ft, so in the upright seating position the neck support is not much use. Neither is the lumber pillow TBH.However, it is comfortable, my only wish is that the height of the chair was an extra 5 to 10cm.

I got this wonderful looking chair last November 2019, and 8 months later i started to have problems. For its price you would have expected it to last longer than just 8 months. I got this chair as a gaming chair and office chair because of the amount of time I spend in front of a Monitor. At Six months the neck pillow started to crack, at 8 months the whole chair felt rocky. I have moved home and its got worse. now it feels as though the base has broken and wheels are missing, which they are not, but the chair moves from side to side and back and forth even when it is locked into position where is should not rock.I got the chair as it stated that it is designed for people up to 200kg, but i am at least half that weight and yet the so called 800kg base seems to be broken. I am still under warranty but some how I do not expect them to replace the faulty chair.Its 10 months later and the chair is unusable and has ended up causing me lower back pain due to the movement in the chair. I feel I have wasted my money in good faith and now I have been let down.Going to ask for either money back or replacement, but i highly doubt I will get either. £154 could have gone on something which still be working.

While the lumbar pillow/cushion wasn't particularly nice for me and I took it off very quickly, the chair itself is soft, supportive, and very comfortable; nice for someone with back issues such as myself.A couple of pointers: assembly is probably a 2-man job as some of the parts were awkward to put together, and like most other faux-leather chairs it gets very warm.

Background: I've been using this chair for a little over a month. I'm a fairly large guy, around 110kg. I'm a software engineer, that works mostly from home, and I got the chair for my home office, so I've been using it for 8-10 hours every day.Pros:1. Large and comfortable, as advertised2. The chair feels premiumCons:1. When it arrived, the plastic cover on the right hand side of the chair was broken and was barely hanging. At the time I decided it's not worth returning. See attached pictures.2. It sits a bit low compared to all office chairs that I've ever used. I'm using the highest setting and it's okay. In comparison, every other office chair that I've ever used, I've had to use on the lowest setting.3. The biggest con is that it's really squeaky. I thought I could live with it but I since I'm using it every day it's starting to frustrate me a lot. My girlfriend, who sits in the other room, can hear every small move I make. Not sure if that's a general problem, or I got unlucky. Today I took the time to reassemble it and to make sure that every screw is tightened, but it didn't help. Hence why I'm leaving this review.

Thanks again, guys.The chair is great after they help me solve my issue, I also need to say that the quality is just perfect and I love the chair!

I've been forced to request a refund on this chair after about a week or so due to the pain it was causing me. Putting the chair together was easy enough and the build quality seemed good enough but the problems started when I actually started to use the thing.I could never get quite comfortable enough no matter how much I adjusted things and after a day or two I started getting pains in my lower back, a week later and I couldn't stand up straight anymore and had shooting pains in my right leg and had to go to my GP.Since requesting the refund and dismantling the the chair for return I also found that at some point the piston had failed and had leaked fluid. This has made fully disassembling the chair impossible since I can't separate the piston from the base-plate for the chair due to the upper portion of the piston being too oily to hold and gripping the lower portion and pulling could damage things further.Since temporarily switching to a chair from the kitchen my back issues have eased considerably (not sticking with the temp though since it has no armrests).In short I found this chair uncomfortable to the point of causing health problems and there seems to be issues with the build quality (granted I could have just had crappy luck getting a dud piston). Gaming chairs are a meme, get an office chair if you're going to be sat at a computer for hours at a time.

Really good quality I’m a big guy and I have plenty of space and faith that the chair will last a long time, really recommend for anyone 👍🏻

This chair is of a sturdy build quality and also is one of the few to support 'more weightier' individuals.Putting it together was relatively simple however an extra pair of hands would not go amiss for attaching the back to the actual seat.I have not sat in it at length but when testing it is very comfortable and supportive.I look forward to spending many hours in this chair.I cannot comment on the gaming aspect yet as I am still working on my PC build*UPDATED REVIEW*This chair is a complete waste of money. If you'll see the pictures attached you'll notice the shoddy craftsmanship as one of the wheel's housing has completely disintegrated. I will be contacting for a refund as I only bought it in October of 2019. You'll also see that I am propping it up with books that are worth more than that chair. Disgusting for the price I paid for it. The fact it is currently unavailable is the manufacturer actually doing you a favour.
