CAP Rubber Coated Dumbbell Weight Set with Vertical Rack | 100 lb, 150 lb, and 210 lb Options

This dumbbell weight set was delivered quickly. The stand was very easy to assemble and it supports the weights very well. I am 73 years old and I’m a personal trainer at a local gym training clients from novice to pro bodybuilders. I have access to a huge variety of equipment and use it regularly. I purchased these 5 to 25 pound dumbbells for home use.. I use them to quickly tighten up different muscle groups. Depending upon what exercises I need, I can simply grab the weights and using my bench, can accommodate an entire body workout using light weight and max reps. I work out 7 days per week with my lifting partners but, sometimes I need a little extra and this is where this set comes in very handy. The price is right…. The quality is great…buying this set was a very positive experience for me.

Love this small footprint set of weights for the garage workout area! The weights are functional and practical for us non heavy lifters. I like the way the stand is put together and the ease to get the weights on and off of it. I do have small hands so I you are like my son and have larger hands just take the protectors off and it allow for a bit larger hands. I guess what I like the most about this set of weight is that they are easy to use in as mall work out area and gives me the option of low weight to 25 pounds per arm if I want. I am a lot of reps guy with medium weight guy; 69 and trying to stay a bit toned; oh yeah, they also allow me to skip a day of going to the gym when I get lazy! Everything in moderation, everything in moderation! I have the 150lb stack, works for me

Really great weights, especially with the comfort grip. Rack was easy to assemble. A lot of reviewers mentioned smells. I have a very, very sensitive sense of smell. Yes, the weights smell, but they have rubber and have been sitting in a tight box for who knows how long. Let them air out for a day and they are fine.

I’ve been using this set for a few weeks and it’s solid. The dumbbells feel great, the rubber coating protects the floor, and the rack saves space without being bulky. It’s a great starter set if you're building a home gym. Pro: Good weight range for full-body workouts or isolation training Rack is sturdy and doesn’t take up much room Rubber coating makes them quiet and less damaging to floors Grips are comfortable with solid knurling Con: The smell is really strong out of the box. I washed mine with soap and water, which helped a bit. After a few days, the smell faded but it’s still noticeable up close. Overall, I’m happy with this set. It does what it promises, and once the smell settles, it’s perfect for home use. Definitely worth it for the price.

Easy to put together! Fair price. Bought for my 6 year old to work out.

We paid the extra $70 for the “comfort grip” and they are horrible! The rubber grips have a texture on them that hurts my hands just to hold them. So I’m not sure how I’m supposed to lift with them. Very disappointed.

Love these exactly what I was looking for! Do note the rubber on the ends for the weight is very oily and does leave marks on your mats and on my hardwood floor. I wasn’t prepared for that, but honestly, they’re perfect. Great quality.

It's a decent starter set for someone doing entry level workouts, you quickly outgrow the 5 and 10lb pairs which almost seems like a waste of money after a month of working out rigorously. The stand is meh... it's cheaply made and you can easily pinch your fingers when you put the weights back so you kind of have to roll them off your hands in to the slots and hope you don't miss and crush your foot... so there's that... it does save a lot of space though with its Christmas Tree / vertical design so that's a plus... it's just not very ergonomic when you're putting the weights back in... so I tend to just pull them all out and lay them on my bed and go from there... when I'm done I systematically put them back from bottom to top... a bit of a chore but what can you do really? Also it's pretty overpriced for what you get, I paid about $600 CDN for this... should be somewhere around like $400 honestly... like I said, the 5 an 10lb are a necessity to start you off but you quickly outgrow them and wish you had some 30's and 35's but the price of those same dumb bells costs about as much as this entire set does...

Many things wrong with it only kept it because Amazon was able to be gracious & offer partial refund for the following issues: -package came in tape that looked yellow as if stained with urine -the "comfort grip" is not comfortable at all, granted dumbbells aren't going to feel soft but It is not good on the hands at all, buying tennis overgrip to makeup for this -the dumbbells and all the packaging it came with has leaked a substanial amount of oil to the point the dumbbells transferred the oil onto my wood floors and yoga mat; have to deep clean the dumbbells to get the residue off. Overall would not purchase again ever, was going to return it but the logistics of returning such a heavy item was just a headache and decided to accept amazon's offer instead. avoid this product if you can.
