ATP Automotive B-275 Automatic Transmission Filter Kit

Fits later BMW E46 with GM transmission. Metal/ rubber gasket. Orings on pickup tube are a tight fit, needed to apply some oil and push hard and wiggle it in.

Perfect fit for 2004 BMW 325I. make sure to get the metal gasket.

the metal gasket was bent in a couple of places,,thus not laying flat on the pan,,perhaps they could tape it to cardboard on transit,,,but was able to straighten it.

I was very concerned about getting the right filter for my 2001 BMW 525i with GM automatic transmission A5S-390R. This is looks identical to the original filter and gasket that I replaced. I also order this with the Chevron havoline 12-pk ATF Dexron VI transmission fluid. I ordered 2x 12 pks of transmission oil ($110 total @ may 2015) to do 3 flushes of the transmission. I installed my filter first. And this filter does come with the pink o-rings(maybe 2 pink o-rings) as well as the white o-ring sleeve that secures the neck of the filter into the oil pump hole.

This kit is a great value, and looks and fit like the original filter and pan gasket. It is a bonus that ATP is one of the largest filter manufacturers, and you know they make a great product at less than half the price of OEM filters.I have seen other aftermarket filter kits that come with a cheap rubber or cork pan gasket, which is not what the original gasket was made of. This kit has what looks like the original metal/rubber pan gasket, and the filter is indistinguishable from the original.

it fit, which is good (02 325xi). who knows how good it filters but the car is still running after 500 miles.

Great alternatives for BMW vehicles that uses the GM transmission. ATP is a reputable company and I can't notice any difference between the factory filter and gasket and the ATP one (visually).

Product came on estimated delivery. Poor packaging. The transmission pan gasket was really bent, made of mend able metal with a rubber surround. Transmission filter was fine. Will be changing old filter this weekend. Hopefully gasket holds up. Wouldn't order from this seller again.
