This case is strong and easy to hold.

Found mixed reviews but was worth trying given its low price. Fits perfect and has an excellent screen protector (plus a spare). Does increase the weight substantially but glad to have it on; this phone seemed to be designed to slip out of your hand. One more note: the buttons require a lot more pressure to actuate than before. That could be a pro or a con depending on your point of view. Won't be worrying about the screen turning on in my pocket anymore.

The only thing that disappoints me is the screen protector is not very strong. Mine is probably not even a full month old yet and it already had cracks (without being dropped!) and then if you do drop it, the edges crack and chip off so easily. So I would rate the screen protector part separately If I could, but since the protector itself is nice and grippy and seems pretty sturdy I’ll give it 4 stars

I've been purchasing a couple of cases for a number of different models but particularly Samsung A20 has the perfectly fitted case and the perfectly fitted tempered glass screen, which is rare to say.Right off the bat, you'll notice how all the buttons for both power & volume fit perfectly. I actually had a very similar case from another manufacturer a few yrs back but this one has a better front screen tempered glass cover.The front cover for me is important because many of the damages I witness doesn't happen at the back of the phone but more likely the Front of the phone.So the tempered glass screen is something I truly like as you're instructed to wipe it with their already provided wet cloth and dry wipe which I followed to the T in all instructions and it worked as promised.Once you place the tempered glass front cover it looks perfectly fitted as the corners are formatted with a black strip material surrounding the tempered glass giving you add'l fitting ease to the phone without sticking it in error on the phone or on yourself. Those who know, Knows what I mean.Overall I give it 5/5 stars as you'll like this phone cover.I'm keeping this phone for emergency needs but if you're looking for a daily use case covering, this is one to have.Really quick, the only thing I wish they create is a FULL 360 degree cover where the screen cover clips onto the phone like it does for the back part. They don't make 360 fully secured cases anymore as screen protectors are the main play.Take Care!

The case is very sturdy and I have already dropped it several times. The screen cover is actually pressed glass. If it cracks, you can easily remove the glass cover and you get two covers. I think it is excellent for the price esp since Verizon wants $55 for the same thing wth only 1 cover. What a rip off!! If you are ok with it being a little heavier, this is for you. I would buy again. Never buy this stuff at Verizon, go to Amazon first.

I haven't dropped the phone in this case, but there is now a huge chunk of the case missing right next to the power button. The inside portion of the case is still covering the phone, so it's not a huge deal, but the plastic outside looks terrible. I'm really not sure how much it would protect the phone in the event of a fall. It's the perfect size, though. Before it cracked, it looked nice and fit my Samsung A20 perfectly.

The order came in a timely manner, I was impressed with the quality of the case, and, that there were two protective covers, rather than just one. The protective cover was easy to place, the instructions were explicit. The case and protective cover were just placed, therefore, I can't say how durable it will be, however, my expectations are high. I was very pleased with the price.
