Nice device that doesn't take up a lot of space.
Nice little device. Compact size is perfect for limited counterspace. Its not much taller than a Keurig Coffee maker and a little over 1ft. deep on the outside.Inside is small but able to hold 3 very large 1in. pork chops or 6 large chicken legs. We also made French fries using the included basket. We were so excited to try them, my grandkids and I forgot to take a picture of the fries! But take my word for it, they were good. Just the right amount of crunch on the outside and soft but not mushy on the inside. Using the time chart inside the included recipe book we also made pork chops (substituting our own seasonings). One hour later, the chops were lightly crunchy on the outside & incredibly moist on the inside. Same thing with the "fried" chicken, lightly crunchy on the outside. Moist and full of flavor on the inside. Its nice to have tasty fried food without all the heavy unhealthy grease. Its easy to see & use digital screen makes it easy to see what choices to select. Tap the Preheating buuton & only a few minutes later your ready to cook. Cleanup is easy. Nothing stuck to the tray and all the remaining food just rinsed right off the cooking trays, making washing a breeze. Not to mention, the air fryer trays are dishwasher safe. The only con I found with this device is its slightly loud. But then again, with the power this little thing has, I can live with a little noise. After a while it almost becomes a kind of white noise and I don't even notice it within a few minutes of it being on.I only mention it because it surprised me when I first powered it on to use.Its just me most days although, due to my daughters job and being on call at all hours, my grandchildren come by a lot. When they do its nice to know I can make a quick healthy meal in less than an hour.All-in-all, if your looking for a resonably priced lair fryer that can easily feed a family of two and won't take up a lot of counter space - this is the device you're looking for.Addendum: I think it only fair that, since I have been educated on why some air fryers may seem a little louder than others, that I update my review to my new understanding. Also, as I use this more and more almost every day I realize how much I love this device. It cooks a nice hot dinner in less time than a conventional oven uses less power consumption than my electric stove which means saving me money. This device is a win on every level.

Very very pleased with this purchase!
I just purchased this air fryer last night. I want the first part of my review to detail why I chose this model and manufacturer. First, I am giving this 3 stars as of now until I get to try the model. I will change the rating based on usage.I chose this particular model and brand out of the plethora of options primarily because of the negative reviews. Yes, the negative reviews. There was a common theme: the manufacturer took the time to address the reviews and tried to make everything right with the customer. That in of itself impressed me incredibly and gives me the confidence to make this almost $200 purchase that if anything is awry or wrong, that the company will do it's absolute best to fix the issue(s).I've owned this product for a week now. I have cooked wings, pork chops, fish, a rotisserie chicken, and chicken nuggets for my kids. Everything has come out crispy and delicious. I started Keto and bought this to help me cook faster and in a variety of ways to help with my keto journey. There is plenty of cooking space. There are 2 racks, and as long as you remember to set a timer to flip the food (you do this in an oven also), then the food will come out crispy on all sides. The rotisserie chicken came out just as good as a store-bought one. There are a plethora of recipes online to look through. The pre-defined settings are spot on.My only complaint with the design of this unit is the door, and hopefully, the manufacturer will revisit my review and address this. The left or right henge can come out of sync a little when opening and closing the door. If you're not careful, I can see the door breaking off with enough applied pressure. If you're cognizant of this as you're opening and closing the door, it won't be a problem.Overall, you will not be disappointed with this air fryer. I have used this almost every day since it arrived. Again, the #1 reason to make the purchase is that the manufacturer a) makes so far a quality product and b) will address any and all issues that you have through your comments and reviews here. That shows that they care about and stand by their products.

Great but tough to clean
First of all: air fryers are awesome. They are a great way to get flavorful, juicy food, and they make your cooking less fatty too! It also allows you to cook something in the oven at the same time as you cook something in the fryer, which is a good way to make more of your kitchen space. This particular air fryer is better than average, but tough to clean. It's very easy to use, and the food racks themselves are very easy to clean. We've had it for a little over a year and some of the nonstick coating is starting to come up off the racks a bit, but it's not too bad. What sucks is trying to clean all the other parts: the inside of the fryer, the inside of the door, and in particular the spot where the hinges are. Since all of that is attached to the fryer, you can't easily go nuts on it with a dish brush without risking ruining the wiring, and it's very hard to get all the gunk out of the hinges in particular.Honestly, if the door had a way to come off for cleaning and then go back on I'd give this thing 5 stars and recommend it every day of the week. It's still pretty good, though, and I haven't used other similar fryers so maybe this is as good as they get?
