I like the double packaging which delivered it very neat. MCTs alone have been shown in studies to increase energy and endurance. It can also give you more energy and help you feel full longer. MCT Oil is great in smoothies or tea or coffee but mainly I purchased this MCT Oil with C8 and C10 for my SD (Seborrheic dermatitis). I did not want to use steroid based products so thought of trying this oil as many people have success with controlling SB. I applied it after the shower and it worked really well to keep the skin moisturised and not dry and flaky. It is very lightweight and has no odor. It absorbs very quickly into the skin. So I am really happy with MCT oil which has anti fungal properties that helped me to keep my skin supple and hydrated.

I've been adding this MCT oil to my coffee every morning for 3 weeks and I feel much more energized throughout the day. It surprised me that I couldn't taste this, even in black coffee.Also, I've been feeling fuller for longer. I wonder if it's this or because I've cut down on sugar quite a bit around the same time I started to incorporate MCT oil into my daily routine.This MCT oil is definitely worth it!

Noticed energy within 1 1/2 hours of taking. Have mixed with coffee,- very little taste,- perfectly fine. Mixed with yogurt, & milk, no taste at all. Very pleased!
