Nice lemon creme flavor. I like it mixed in tea. A little gritty but much better than taking a pill before bed. I brought Life Balance Magnesium to my doctor appt yesterday to make sure it had what I needed. My doctor said it was perfect.

It would be nice if it dissolved faster and more completely in less water.Effectiveness is great once it gets in your system. Using it for neuropathy spasms, migraine, sleep and general health. But always check with your doctor first!

I started using this when I felt the pill version was not working in management of my symptoms. I got relief quickly and consistently once I started using this. Flavor is not bad my only complaint is that it doesn't dissolve quickly. Nevertheless I will continue to use this product.

This stuff taste wonderful and has def. Helped me with muscle stiffness in my neck and jaw! I drink it overnight before bedtime!!

What I dislike about the product is that I did not feel any different with my body. I did feel any boost in energy , did not get a regular bowel movement etc.

I used another brand of the same ingredient in capsules. I was a bit skeptical about having it in free form. I'm quite satisfied now.

I love this the most out of any magnesium supplement I tried. It mixes very well!! And tastes good!!

Really like this supplement! Will buy again !
