Battery life isnt the best on extended use, this may only be specific to my headlight but its lucky if the battery lasts more than 10 mins. Just keep them charged and they will do in a pinch. the brightest setting is extremely bright which is a bonus.

I have been using my Victoper V3000 Rechargeable Head Light most days for about three weeks. I bought it to guide my way on my pre-dawn runs along dark, deserted Devon country lanes. It appears of robust design and has an ‘on the head’ weight of 267 grams. It fits very comfortably and firmly on my head (with or without a beanie hat on) and produces a nice powerful light that lets me see both well into the distance and what is immediately in front of me. There is the option of a main beam only, main beam augmented by two side beams, or just the side beams. The main beam alone is perfectly adequate for me, but the two side beams do give an added sense of security, and may assist with spotting ice in the cold winter weather to come. I have tested the head lamp with all three beams switched on and found I got about 2.5 hours out of a full charge. If you do not use the side beams as well this length will increase – though like all rechargeable batteries they will deteriorate over time. The light is supplied with two unbranded 18650 3/v li-ion 2200mAh batteries. This is the budget end of the 18650 range. My research suggests I will get a better charge length using 18650 batteries with a higher mAh rating. When the batteries supplied eventually expire on me, I intend to upgrade. 18650 batteries are readily available on the internet if not on your local high street and are said to be rechargeable between 300 and 2000 times depending on the quality of the battery (and some of them command very high price tags!). Supplemented by my front and rear body lights, this head lamp perfectly meets my running needs. It beats a fellow Club members far more expensive, trendy brand head lamp hands down! Twenty years or so ago, I took part in after dark trail running. I wish it had been available then. It is far better than the low powered head torches that we had to get by with then. Equipped with upgraded batteries and, possibly, a spare set as well, it would have been a god send. How things have moved on.

I’ve had this headlamp for about a week now so it’s possible I may find issues with it at a later date . If so I’ll rewrite my review. The light arrived well packaged with no damage ( always a good thing). The light has rechargeable batteries included and a usb lead for charging. Now the positives 1) it’s bright enough to cause passerbys to cover their eyes. It’s also great in areas with no lighting ( I walk the mutt through forests ) with good visibility. 2) there are 4 light settings , the last of which is strobe effect good for brain dead motorists not paying attention when cycling with it on. 3) it has an adjustable strap to fit most human skulls and doesn’t appear to move about( I’ve only walked with it on ) The negatives 1) it’s heavy enough to feel you have something on your head . Saying that it looks well made 2) the beam can’t be turned down so walking in fog or drizzly weather makes visibility a bit poorer as the light reflects( think driving with full beam in fog) For the price I think it’s good

Item came well packaged, can now write a review after I’ve used this for 11 hours for 4 days straight on my night shifts, I must say this is a great headtorch that fits good over my work helmet, very bright and powerful, only had to charge this 2 times in the 4 day week and probably could of got away with 1 charge from empty! Seems very durable so far easy to use! 100% recommend for the price!

Bought this a number of years ago and this is still.going strong, there is a down side which is the cover for the battery pack which is rubber. This has perished slightly and is tri by to get on but still in perfect working order, light lasts around 6hrs of super bright light.

Amazing value, brilliant headlight bought to use as an emergency operating light in a dental surgery. Works perfectly, fully adjustable, ideal illumination with a range of options. Powerful light source could be used for a number of applications, I have no hesitation in recommending this product.

I was looking for a head torch to use for walking the dog, occasional running at night and also for use in the attic. I became a bit prefixated with lumens as I wanted it to be bright enough for the above. This light is certainly bright, maybe even too bright for what I need. It's that bright that 3 men walked towards me on christmas eve thinking they were being led to the baby jesus! It has 4 settings which make use of all 3 lights, bright (main), bright enough (2 sides) and even brighter (all 3). The 4th setting is a flashing light (think 90s dance strobe lights). I won't use that one in case someone takes a fit! Two downsides, one is that to have this level if brightness, it needs a power source (battery pack) that sits at the back of your head. You feel it when you first put it on and then you get used to it. I've not worn it for a great length of time but would imagine, despite a little padding, it may get uncomfortable after a while. Second issue is that, unless you point it downwards, the brightness will annoy anyone you are walking towards. Despite that, I still give it 5 stars as it does what I expected it to.

2ème tentative après l'essai infructueux d'un modèle concurrent. Cette lampe est arrivée rapidement, bien emballée... et fonctionnelle. La qualité apparente semble bonne. L'élastique est assez grand pour les grosses têtes et/ou les casques. Très important pour moi, le compartiment des batteries est bien protégé de la pluie avec un couvercle souple et une grosse chicane pour l'étanchéité. De même, la prise micro usb (standard) est bien protégée. La lampe éclaire bien mais la puissance annoncée sur le site (6.000 lumen) n'est pas en phase avec les 5.000 indiqués dans le mode d'emploi. De même, le mode d'emploi montre des photos de batteries de 4.000mA alors que les modèles fournis font seulement 2.200mA. La puissance est au rendez-vous, largement suffisante en vélo et/donc à priori en ski de fond. Au chapitre des regrets, j'aurais aimé une position d'éclairage un peu plus couvrante mais bon, elle éclaire fort et loin. Elle est plutôt légère avec seulement 2 batteries. Après essai: 2 heures d'autonomie en puissance maximale et bizarrement, seulement 5 petites heures en puissance mini. J'ai compté 5 heures pour recharger. Bref, une bonne lampe à un prix raisonnable et qui devrait faire le taf.

Io lavorando di notte e maggiormente in galleria e molto efficace. Ottimo fascio di luce con zoom non so di preciso i metri ma riesce a illuminare anche a parecchia distanza. In galleria la luce non sommata illumina tutto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

He comprado esta linterna frontal para usarla en las noches de invierno, viviendo en una zona rural necesito iluminación por la noche. Es muy cómoda de llevar y me gusta no necesitar las manos, que en invierno se agradece no tenerlas ocupadas. Linterna frontal Cómoda: no pesa mucho a pesar de la potencia y el elástico es muy cómodo. Por último las baterías tienen mucha capacidad para durar mucho rato. Muy contento con mi compra.

La luminosité est très bonne et il y a plusieurs choix ce qui permet de s'adapter à l'environnement. La tête amovible est très pratique pour cibler l'endroit où la lumière est nécessaire. Facile à recharger. Pas très confortable car elle est assez lourde et la partie en plastique à l'arrière fait un peu mal.
