I don't know why but I can't stand can tuna fish but these little packets are so good. I crunch up some seasoned croutons and mix it up with some mayo in a bowl and get out my favorite crackers and I've got a quick tasty lunch. I'm trying to cut down on any take out food or eating breaded chicken nuggets. So far this has helped me shed much needed upper body weight. It has also helped when I am too busy and forget to eat timely and my blood sugar starts getting too low. Always keep these on hand for a easy and fast snack or lunch or last minute dinner.

The tuna is packed in spring water, but it’s only a few drops worth. Not like getting a can half full of juice. The tuna tastes great. A single packet is just right for a single serving, with as a sandwich or topping for your salad. It is good quality, and has a nice shelf life. With 10 packets in a box, lunches are covered for awhile.

Great tuna flavor

Pop one in your bag with a plastic fork and you’re set. With keto you have to plan and these are especially a lifesaver when traveling (not on a plane with close quarters!) but for car trips or when you reach your destination. Take along some single serve s&p and you get a nice little disposable lunch .. gas station food is rarely keto so this is truly a help to me.
