So far so good, ok
So far so good, ok, make that great, we love this washing machine, beautiful to look at and to use, whisper quiet, efficient on water and power consumption, we're happy with the purchase.

Fills with cold water when hot water selected
This washer has some serious issues. I bought this washer back in November, it is already giving me issues.It does NOT use hot water at all. Samsung's local technicians (from Elite Appliance company) are claiming that that is the design, not sure what is the purpose of hot water line. They are refusing to even look at it. I was asked to use sanitize cycle, which uses on board water heater (which will take more than 2 hours to complete)Every time I create a ticket, Elite appliance closes the ticket without even notifying me. It is really frustrating. I already created 4 tickets and they are refusing to come look at it.Not happy with Samsung's customer service at all.I spent $1500 on this washing machine thinking that Samsung will stand behind it's brand, unfortunately it disappointed me.No more Samsung.

this is the BEST washing machine I have EVER owned
Firstly, I bought mine at home depot, but I must tell you, this is the BEST washing machine I have EVER owned!!!! I love all the settings this washing machine has. I can sanitize towels, bedding, some clothing, sheets, blankets, the list is long. I can set to extra rinse, extra spin, pre-wash, and it even has a setting to customize your own cycles. You can set the soil level on most of the washes, you can set the rinse, tempature, spin, etc., this washing machine was made perfect IMHO. I no longer have to go to the dry cleaners as well. This washing machine tops them all. You will not be disappointed in this washing machine. It does everything and then some.
