I puchased this for one of my thousand page text books that I didn't realize wasn't bound until it was too late. This binder makes it so that it can sit upright. It is fairly durable but I docked a star because the rings inside can be finicky if you aren't careful. The rings need to align perfectly to ensure ease of page turning. I wish it was just a little more seemless. It stands up extremely well and I plan to keep this book so that is really important to me. I do not yet use the colored inserts but they would come in handy for anyone who has to do book-keeping or students who are using multiple binders for different days. The lever to open and close the rings is extremely convenient and seemless. One down side that isn't necessarily a huge problem is that it opens up really wide which is logical considered the two magnetic flaps have to be the length of the spine. Overall, this is the best thing currently on the market for the necessary size.

I really like this binder and it stands up on the shelf perfectly. I wish it came in a 6" size because the one I have that is 6" I do not care for. This binder above is great, the rings are centered in the middle, it closes up nicely, and the magnetic ends fold up perfectly which makes it sit well on a shelf and I believe it protects the sheets inside. I bought this one to finish a project I was working on and am very satisfied with it. I highly recommend this style binder.

Works Great, very sturdy and durable. I like the magnetic closure! Probably the best binder I've ever owned! It does not have pockets in the front & back like other binders but it's still great. Very large, lots of room for folders, notebooks, and paper.. The size is impressive.

It looked like it could have been used. It was torn at several areas.

It’s a large binder. It seems sturdy enough that it shouldn’t break apart too soon. However the rings make it really hard to turn the pages.

My daughter is autistic & nonverbal, so I use it to keep track of all of her medical summaries, school/ teacher notes, IEPs & etc. It is really sturdy, durable, easy to open and close

Bought it for end of year files - not the same quality as last year. Will do the job but if you need to use it daily this might not be the match for you as when you turn the page it gets caught on the rings but overall it will work - decent binder just maybe needs new ring design

These work exactly as described. I love that my heavy binders no longer tip over constantly on my desk. Unfortunately, the price is such that I can't replace all of them immediately. The rings could stand to be more durable. They have started to pull apart after a month or more of use.

I love those binders for my University course notes in my home library/office. They are big enough to contain a lot of papers and they are very solid. I love that its possible to close them with the magnetic band and that it allow it to be 'rectangular' instead of 'triangular', which fits better in my bookcase or even in drawers or under my dresser (since i have many). I definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for a very big and yet practical binder.

My older version of this binder was great for years, until I dropped it on the floor and then the rings wouldn't quite align and wouldn't close completely. So I purchased a replacement, but the tab to assist opening the rings in this new one is plain black rounded plastic (the old one was red and shaped like a cardinal bird tail I guess). It is also stamped with Made in Mexico on the inside of the back cover, which the old one was not (but it may have been made there as well). Unfortunately, upon arrival, it's as useless as my broken one. The rings don't shut completely and they seem to be even weaker than the old ones. Simply flipping small sections of paper (even just a few sheets at a time) causes all 3 rings to spread open even more, so the sheets get stuck every single time, sometimes tear, and sometimes slip out. Absolutely useless and because I didn't test it until after the return period, I'm stuck with this expensive garbage.

Binder really did the job. Excellent! Would order again!
