My son asked for the Lego Technic car for his birthday, and I saw the lighting kit when I bought it. He was so surprised, and he loved the kit. He's 12 and he installed it easily. It's a fun addition to a Lego set. He already used his allowance to buy a light kit for another set of hi.

So much fun!!
I really liked how tiny this kit is. It’s easy to assemble but the pics they provide are kinda useless. You have to just figure out where to put it, which is simple enough as the wire lengths are perfect.

Lights made 9 year old grandson smile.
Lights added a touch of class to the Corvette LEGO model. Didn’t follow wiring instructions and routed wire for less visibility on bottom of model. An improvement could be a smaller battery pack that maybe utilized wafer type batteries that would allow battery pack to be inserted inside model.

These things are expensive. I think I got a really good deal, about $40. Entertainment and cognitive stimulation for hours. I also bought the light kit that goes with it. Super popular product amount kids 10-16 right now. My 15 y/o loves it.

The cord connecting from the battery doesn’t even work even if I put it the right way and even the battery’s correct

The lights are cool! But the instructions are only pictures that are not the easiest to figure out. The connections are so small that they pop out just from moving the thing. Ultimately, if you want a nightlight that you can't really move around with out fiddling with connections smaller then a pebble on the road, this is a good choice.
