The pump is junk, so I didn't even try it. I had an electric pump, so it was easy for me. A different brand had a much nicer pump, but may be more expensive.

Durability!
I've had this ottoman for almost two years. It has survived the Vegas heat. Cute, easy to clean!

Great Ottoman
I really like this ottoman. It comes with a cheap little manual air pump, but it works! I love that the cover is so easy to clean. A couple of things to note: Since this is filled with air it will need to be reinflated occasionally. And it’s best to inflate it about 3/4 full, put the cover on unzipped, inflate it the remainder of the way, then zip. The cover fits perfectly, so it’s almost impossible to get it on when it’s fully inflated. But this works for me; when I see that it needs a little more air, I wash the cover, put it on unzipped, fill it up, then zip. 😊

Fantastic and Inexpensive!
Everyone on the beach asks us were we purchased them and a few days later we see them enjoying their new ottomans. The plastic pump that come with them is absolutely useless but they can be blown up old school huffing and puffing or with our electric pump with an attachment. Our first set is on its 3rd season and still going strong! We keep them on our cart ready for the beach.

Perfect travel foot rest
It seems well made with strong materials being used except for the pump. There were no instructions for which of the side by side tubes to use and I couldn’t determine which because of the lack of air flow. Ultimately I just blew it up. The pump was useless. Still I like the foot rest and can just blow it up like a balloon myself (will need lots of lung capacity lol) or I will bring an actual pump.
