How does the wheel move up and down? It doesn't seem to have a mechanism to do that from looking at the images. Thanks.

Hi, actually there is a adjustable base pad controlled move up and down by the main bolt which could be seen inner the wheel, the orange part. The wrench is recommended to turning it. Hope it could help you.

what is the clearance from floor to leveling pad when pad is in its full up position?

In full up position there is 3/8" of an inch between the pad and the floor. At full extension there is 3/8" inch of lift. I glued some 3/16 hard cork pad to the bottom of mine - they're used on a "4' x 6' pour table for acrylic resin. When pouring resin, it super critical to have the table as level as possible (At least somewhat closer to NASA level than Cousin Lennie's crossed eyes level.) These let us break down the table, store it out of the way. Then when needed, roll it out, level up, do the pour. Once it sets, we can retract and roll it around until the pour fully hardens.
