TowerTop 2/10/25 Amp 12V Smart Car Battery Charger, Fully Automatic Battery Maintainer with Engine Start, Auto Desulfator, Battery Repair, Winter Mode, for AGM, STD, Gel, Deep Cycle Batteries

I purchased this charger to replace my old charger that I had for 30 years. What a difference and upgrade to my tools for charging. Here are my observations. Pro: 1. [ Quick Charging] I love the 4-level adjustable current 2A/10A/25A/Auto setting. I can set the charger up to what I need whether I am charging a car battery, motorcycle battery, or tractor battery. 2. [ Fully-automatic Charging] The Auto setting is my favorite because I can setup and let it go. I would setup at the end of a night and let it go all night. It automatically shuts off and the battery is full charged. 3. [8-Stage Charging Program] The intelligent 8-stage charging works flawlessly in the auto setting. The best is the information it displays during the process. Works as stated. 4. [Engine Start & Winter Mode] I have used this mode twice. It provides 100Amps of charge. It helped my get my car started for work on a very cold morning. 5. [Overall performance] No complaints works as stated and meet my needs to dealing with all the batteries in the household. 6. [Price] Product is low price with high quality. Meets my expectations without breaking the bank. 7. [Durability] Case is well built and well mold to stand the dirt and grime of a typical garage. Cons: 1. [Case] A firm case would be nice for storage. Just using the box for storage. Could be an added item to improve the product. 2. [Screen] Screen is average quality for the product. Overall, I would rate this product as a 5 star. It meets my expectation of quaility, ease of use, value for the money and versatility. Excellent addition for normal household use.

Not cheap , but worth every penny ! Very nice quality , installed on a mobile home 12v battery system to replace cheaper , inadequate battery maintainers . It’s been working perfectly for months now . User friendly display and functions .

I bought this to replace another brand that failed right after the warranty ended. About 2 months after. While the two works the same way, I've had this one for a long time. I received this around Sept 2021. This charger has been used on some really dead batteries. Some I had to put jumper cables on just to get enough voltage for the charger to see it is connected. On a few occasions, it ran at the maximum current for several hours with the fan whirring away at full speed. It just kept charging until the battery was completely charged. When my other brand failed, I looked inside. It was cheap made. I haven't looked inside this one but to charge sometimes dual automotive batteries which requires running at the maximum current for several hours, plus still last well past the warranty, it has to be well made with some good components and a good design. I've only used the engine start feature a couple times. It did work. If it all possible tho, I'd recommend a proper charge. If in a hurry, it will start a modern car. May require two times for a good sized truck. Make sure you wait a bit between the two engine start runs. It can overheat the charger if ran to close together. Check the manual but mine wants a 90 second wait. If I needed another charger, I'd certainly buy another like this one. I'm very happy with the way this charges and the durability. It performs a safe charge and detects bad batteries very well.

like: work as intended I am satisfied with using this device but not sure if my time was limited how handy this particular device dislike: the plastic on the red clip feel out as I open the box will not charge a totally dead battery not sure how long will this last note: doing repair on cars may cause some manufacturer warranty to be voided also weather condition was cold and snowing. could had been a 5 star but I had issue with this device stated in dislike. the clamps were too big to connect to the battery terminals (this is my major issue) My battery was a duralast gold 75-DLG, I had no idea what type this is so I set this device to "standard". 1. battery was dead and this device does not acknowledge that the clamps were connected so I connected a 12v 3a power source and let it charge for a couple of hours. 2. after disconnected everything and connect this device. the "charge" did not work so I pressed the recondition, left at that point for 3 hours. 3. turn the power off and on. pressed the "charge" button. the indicator said "60%". left it overnight. 4. I came back in the morning and check the device condition, it was off. my MMV indicated a charge of almost 13v. car started with no issue. Added note: the red clamp will not clip on positive terminal. The black will sometimes slip off the battery black terminal. update - may 4, 2021: yesterday the car battery I have been using this item had a voltage level of 11.0 v. Recharge did not work, tried it several times. I tried "recondition", it seems to work on the battery. This morning this item finished and the voltage measured at 12.7v. The battery I have been work would max out at 12.9v. The 0.2v difference is a drain from the car alarm. Also I bought "uxcell 10pcs 100A Red Black Battery Insulated Test Clips Alligator Clamps Clip for Car" to replace the alligator clip because it would not clamp around the positive side. It was not the best but work. A light bump on the clip would dislodge it.

The charger was easy to use and worked quite well

Very simple to operate. Charged my battery overnight with no issues.

Great little charger I use it to start my lawnmower and anything else. I love that it already knows what battery is in for the money.

Great device! Saved 4 of our vehicles' batteries from needing immediate replacement. There are two large batteries in my '93 diesel pickup. They cost about $300 each these days, so I'm trying everything I can to not fork out over $600. Essentially, this is to charge them up and experiment whether I have a parasitic drain or whether my battery just doesn't hold a charge. Worth spending $100 to diagnose rather than $600 and maybe still have the same problem. It is not a jump starter however, so I did purchase an Amplyn jump starter for a 10 l diesel (even though mine is 6.3 l) for around $100 and also purchased a multimeter for about $20 and now I feel like a professional mechanic, lol. I am far from that, but if I can take basic issues into my own hands and not pay $90 an hour then that's a win!

Have recharged alot of batteries with this… even repaired some smaller batteries for 4 wheeler and snowmobile... havent been able to to repair any bad vehicle batteries

Arrived on time and right out of the box it was a no brainer to use just plugged it in and it went straight to work and charged my truck battery within few short hours. My truck has a parisitic current draw since recent body work and haven’t been able to locate it just yet so it can drain in a few days with out warning. Very pleased with the charger’s performance to top up other batteries in my toys as maintenance.

Excellent battery charger in all respects, versatile with multiple amp settings, well designed and made....I would recommend this model for anyone who needs a quality battery charger for multiple vehicles...
