It's hard to find good options for Low Carb/Diabetic Friendly foods . This flour helps me get by!

Product comes in a bag with a zip lock top. Unfortunately, the zip lock too does not work and so to store this you have to get out a good zip lock bag or container. Also, it would be nice if they had a generic use direction. I was using Bisquick- 1 c of baking mix add 1/2c milk. Nice and easy. Not so with this product. Must say thinking about paying more just to get Bobs Red Mill Low Carb Baking mix, which in a blown up pic had much simpler ingredient requirements

Warning: the main ingredient in this product is soy protein.There is no genuine serving size information, the serving size is one biscuit, however it's obvious by looking at the nutritional panel that it's not based on the actual biscuit recipe listed on the package. The calculation based on the biscuit recipe would be 2 net carbs in 1.6 tablespoons. The people who responded in the q&a must have gotten a completely different product because this product that I received has completely different ingredients. I would like to return it but Amazon says I cannot. I will be reaching out to the seller. Buyer beware do not buy a product where the seller does not provide full information.
