THESE ARE PRETTY GOOD QUALITY. THEY WORK AS INTENDED, THEY WONT BREAK EASILY. THEY ARE SMOOTH AND PREMIUM.

It is a nice lead. I ended up needing something harder. For most people this lead is ideal.

This is the best HB lead I've tried and I've tried a lot of more exotic pencil leads primarily from Japan. It's super smooth to write with. The clay they use in this pencil lead is extremely fine so you don't feel any kind of dryness or grit. I find it's also stronger than normal HB lead. If you want a high quality, smooth, strong, and reliable pencil lead I'd stop your search at the Pentel Ain Stein. (The Pentel Ain line of products also makes the best pencil eraser I have ever tried. Way better than the white Staedtler Mars or white Pentel Hi-Polymer erasers which are pretty darn good. They're the red version of the Pentel Ain "Soft" Hi-Polymer Plastic Eraser. They also make a baby blue "Light" version and a blue "Standard" version. I've tried them all and the red version is by far the best.)

I'm taking notes in my classes at uni with a Kura toga roulette, P205, or Staedtler 925 constantly and I go weeks at a time without breaking this lead once, and 120 pieces has been lasting me forever, I'm not even through one of the capsules of 40 leads yet, 11/10 recommendation for this lead, writes super smooth and softly as well.

Stronger and smoother than standard Hi-Polymer lead. The silica-reinforced structure means fewer breaks even with heavy pressure. Smear resistance is excellent, making it ideal for left-handed writers. 40 leads per tube at this price is solid value.

I do a lot of writing and have used a wide variety of leads. Let me tell you, there are a bunch of poor quality leads cluttering our world. Not so with these. Good quality, they write well without smudging, and resist breaking. I recommend them!

the series feels good, but i should've opted for the B hardness instead, as it's what I typically use. the HB is too loight for my preference and writing style. good lead, though. hasn't broken yet in my 90's Berol 0.5.

This product is of good quality. It doesn't smudge easily (this is coming from someone who has anxiety and displays itself through the hands), the print is solid and clean, and it can withstand my heavy writing hand. I think a flaw in the lead is that it does run out quickly and you find yourself refilling more than usual. Other than that, I highly recommend this pencil lead for scantron tests, note taking, and everything else.
