I am glad I tried this. At first, just to trial where would be ideal to mount it, I taped the ends carefully with masking tape to the wall. Once I knew the location was working out, I mounted the magnetic pad (so easy to peel & stick on to the wall) making sure not to cover the sensor.. I've had this light weeks now, going into my closet twice a day and it's on the brightest setting, and I have not had to recharge it yet. So it holds a charge very well. Came with good instructions too to explain the optional features (e.g. I did not want it going on if it got dark but only if it sensed motion). Others may choose differently.

I really like the dimmable feature on these lights. LED lights are so harsh and I like warm light better but I realize blue light is important too so I like that these can adjust and dim and recharge. Only concern is whether the magnetic strip would hold out so you might think of adding an end piece that can screw into The door frame etcetera for reinforcement but I can do that myself if it seems like it's wearing down over time. Otherwise, awesome!

Product is probably well-suited for a pantry or closet, but we intend to use it in a laundry machine alcove and for this purpose we would prefer the light to be a bit brighter. (Love the cold white LEDs, which are better for distinguishing fabric colors and/or stains than warm white LEDs.) The unit seems well designed and well built, and we will certainly put it to use.

I was finishing up my gym basement and need to give my mirror a little more light and whoa it did. My only problem is the light time it does stay charge a long time but I do go hard in my HOME GYM THAT'S RIGHT I WORKOUT LOL. But seriously I really like this light especially because you can adjust this light and it gets bright. You cannot go wrong with this light.

mine was missing parts and broken.

I have a very dark basement stairway. I installed this at the top landing where there was no light. It comes on as soon as I open the door and I can see to navigate the stairs. If I come across another dark area, I will buy this light again. It works perfect and was very easy to install.

Upon opening the box, I was floored by the build quality. It reminds me of an Apple product. I have several LED strip lights, but Lightbiz has sucked me into their Light Family! My next Light purchase will definitely be a Lightbiz product. Well done Lightbiz Team!

Quick response to motion, clear and bright illumination. I like the many ways that I can manipulate the controls and light intensity. Very bright light! Easy to install .

Long lasting before charging through USB.Also great affordable price for the quality of this closet light.

Arrived without original packaging - wrapped in a plastic bag, heavily damaged, obiously used before. Deep scratches and stains all over.

I ordered 2 of these last fall and they already will not charge. I have contacted the company for customer service and they will not reply.
