Works great! Holds well, not too sticky.

I have fine wavy/curly hair and I shampoo at night and put a dollop through on soaking wet hair and sleep in a linen towel. I wake up to bouncy curls. There is a heavy cast if I use it without sleeping on it, but that can be good too depending on your hair type. It also scores excellent on the Yuka app.

Revision: First of all, I did get a refund and an apology for it not holding like the label suggests. However I no longer consider it to be a "dud." but upon continued use I've become happy with it's soft hold and appreciate that it doesn't turn my hair into a helmet-it does hold my hair neatly at my desk all day and looks like there's nothing in it. I also like that I can wet my hair and reset it in case it does get tussled. I also like the healthy ingredients. At first I hesitated buying it given the price, but those are some seriously beneficial and my dandruff and itching is much improved. However, the geranium and other oils, give off a strong smell that unfortunatel doesn't fade all day, so I put extra cologne on to mask it, since I prefer not to smell like an exotic entree. Finally, the tube has lasted-I'm about half way through it after I think it's been at least four months of using it 3 or 4 times a week. I plan to buy it again.

This was recommended to me by my curly hair stylist. I purchased it and it works great. It never leaves a residue in my hair, it smells great, and does wonders to define/hold my curls and reduce frizz.

Bought it as a gift, here is the feedback I got: This product offers a great balance between firm control and cleanliness. It holds simple styles in place without feeling oily, plastic, or flaking in an unsightly manner. Since trying this product, I used one other clean gel product in a pinch. I was dissatisfied and purchased this product again before finishing the substitute. I am completely satisfied with this hair gel and do not plan on trying anything else to meet my styling needs.

I was looking for a natural and organic hair gel for African-American hair and I love the ingredients. However, this leaves a lot of white flaky dust and I only use a quarter size amount. I bought a really small portion so I’ll continue to use it until it runs out, but may not buy this again.

This is the best styling gel I've ever used. I have fairly coarse curly gray hair and I live in a very humid climate. A small amount of this gel controls my hair for days. It doesn't leave my hair feeling crunchy. I had my hairdresser use it on my hair and he was impressed. The smell is lovely but not too strong. I can't say enough good things about this product.

I bought this because gel usually works well on thin fine hair but this produce does not. It smelled good but weighed my hair down now matter how little I used,. And...using too little defeats the purpose of having your hair stay in place. I'd recommend this product only for those lucky enough to have lots of hair.
