Definite value
I have had one of these for 4 or 5 years and it works fine. I bought a second one as a backup because it is the source I will stick with and OEM is not worth it to me and i also don't know how long they will be available and inexpensive since manufacturers change specs .

This is a good battery
Wasabi batteries have been used by this reviewer for several years in various Olympus and Panasonic cameras. The following information is a result of observation, not controlled testing: 1. Out of about a dozen batteries a defective one has never been encountered. 2. The run time of these batteries seems to be the same as the OEM batteries. 3. The may self-discharge more quickly than the originals. This is over a period of weeks, not days or hours. 4. They seem to require a couple charge-discharge cycles to come up to full capacity. 5. Total life span seems similar to OEM batteries. This life span is in years, not cycles, as none of the batteries under review here has been used hard enough to die from cycling. 6. They are inexpensive and easily replaced. There seems to be no reason not to use them and keep a spare in your pocket or gear-bag at all times. 7. The new, small, USB-powered, chargers are very functional and easy to stow. Try one of those also.

An affordable back up battery. I have used this brand for years -happily, no problems. Olympus OMD E1 seems to have trouble with non-oem batteries in that it will freeze and you have to unseat and reseat the battery. But it holds its charge and lasts a long time.

Work well, good replacement batteries.
Wasabi batteries have worked very well with all my Olympus cameras. They hol their charge well, same as OEM batteries. Longevity is slightly less than the OEM batteries, but the prize difference makes it worthwhile.

I bought this about 1. 5 years ago and ...
I bought this about 1.5 years ago and the battery is starting to warp. It's still usable but, very difficult to get out. It's 1/4th the price of a Olympus brand battery so I am not too upset at it's longevity however, I won't be buying it again.

Money well spent
Battery drains a bit faster than the original Olympus batteries in my Pen F. However, for the price, you can buy 3 of these for the price of one OEM battery on eBay.

Lasts about 75% of time compared to oem.
