Our family goes through some coffee and rarely does my husband find one that he loves! Well this one he really enjoys. I love that it is organic. The roast is great and isn’t bitter. They have a great variety of coffee and so far we enjoy them all.

Great freshness, great packaging, great flavor. Will buy again!

We got our 5lb bag and I have to say from a taste and flavor it was very good. Medium Roast and Body were better than most brands we tried. The Smoothness was pretty good with a slightly nutty flavor to it. Took a minute to get used to it, however it is pleasant. We tend to grind medium to coarse to get the most flavor out of it and to keep the strength of the brew medium as well. As far as Quality goes, this is what brought it down to 4 stars for us. In our grinder, we noticed the coffee was drier than other brands and left behind a lot of what id like to call fluff (more like the middle part of the beans. It was not as oily either as some of the other brands we have tried. We like the oils as we find the add to the flavor. Bottom line - despite the fluff, we would buy again and recommend someone to give it a try. Side Note - We like single source coffees the best and the fact the company tests for mold and mycotoxins is huge plus.

Product wise it is really good! Shipping wise this is very hit or miss, sometimes it’ll be perfect, some other times the package will come cut or the beans spilled in the box.

"I absolutely enjoy this coffee. Great flavor and no bitterness." That was my evaluation up until this last order. I have been ordering this coffee for over 2 years and it was consistently the best Colombian coffee that I have ever had. It smelled great, ground great, brewed great, and tasted great. Not so, with this last order. I hope that they are able to do something about the quality of this coffee, because it is just not the same. The worst thing is, I had taken some of the great coffee to work and my co-workers tasted it. They of course, got some of their own. Well, you would think I had killed their favorite pet. I am minced meat at work now. Definitely not a good situation.

This is a pretty light roast for a medium. The flavor of the coffee is light and unremarkable. Willing to try another roast from this roaster, but will probably skip the Columbia.

This is excellent coffee! Very rich taste; smooth and creamy; priced well below what other high quality coffees cost.
