GREAT service.
I'm glad that I went with Inspire Fitness because "Brittany's" answers to my questions were prompt, friendly and informative -- and that was AFTER the sale! :-) Additionally, the M1 was surprisingly easy to put together because all the parts were separately-packed BY STEP -- not all lumped together. And all of the washers and nuts were pre-threaded on the bolts so that I didn't have to spend time "matching" everything together. Overall, it took me about 6 hours spread over 2 days to assemble the M1. I worked at a slow, leisurely pace so your mileage may vary! Oh, and the M1 is smooth, sleek and VERY easy to use. I'm a happy camper! UPDATE: I've used the M1 for over a month now, and I continue to be impressed by how well the machine works and how easy it is to use. More inportantly though, is that Inspire's Customer Service continues to excel -- every question answered prompt and friendly. If you're on the fence about buying from Inspire then jump off and DO IT -- you'll be SO glad that you did. I am! (I have no affiliation with Inspire whatsoever. I'm just a normal guy that truly appreciates top-notch service, especially AFTER the sale).

Don’t waste your money…..
This product is overpriced for it being plastic and cheap! Plus , came used and missing pieces. The seller was extremely difficult to deal with! He was rude and unprofessional. They don’t stand behind their product and make you pay the return fee. Also, Amazon was horrible to deal with and won’t help or stand behind their customer. I would really think twice before investing in this garbage machine. Learn to respect your buyers. Amazon learn to stand behind your customers.

Definitely not for tall people
The lat pull down and press fit tall people reasonably well. I'm 6-5 and needed a home gym. I settled on this one over a Body Solid machine mainly because of the independent press arms and dual upper pulleys. No tall people problems when using the press arms in any way or anything with the upper pulleys. The leg curl and leg extension part of the machine however, is nearly useless for tall people and there are no adjustments. If you are under 6" tall, this machine will probably work for you. If you're a tall person, and there is any way you can get a hands-on look at one of these, you really should before you buy They just don't build these things with tall people in mind... I don't expect other manufacturers offerings to be much different in this regard.

Compact design & stellar company
I considered buying the Inspire M3 6 months before finally making this investment. It is pricey but after comparing to other machines, it was cost versus compact design. We received it by freight and it took a day to put together. While putting it together you come to appreciate the engineering that went into this. This isn't one of those ugly home gyms you leave in the garage. 4 reasons why it's worth cost: 1) it's compact, 2) it looks awesome, 3) easy to use, 4) the amount of workout options is impressive.

Poor Customer Support
Overall this seems to be a nice system and set-up was a little painful. I recommend going to the manufacture's website and download the pdf since it prints out better than the instruction that are shipped with the product. When putting the system together we didn't noticed that the leg extension cable was damaged and attempted to work with customer service about acquiring a new one. After several e-mails and photos they agreed to replace the cable but wants to charge us $20 for shipping. Kinda crappy since we just spent $3800.00 on their product. Warranty? Guess they don't honor one! Currently we're holding our ground and are very hesitant about giving this company any more money for some that is new...and expensive.

Best universal machine for the money
I have a lot of fitness equipment. I have two other universal machines and this one is by far the best one. The cable pulls are extremely smooth. Even the weight pin has a magnetic snap that snaps in place that just gives you a rewarding feeling. This is extremely well-built and highly functional machine.

This has no warranty buyer beware.
The product is high quality. Unfortunately they lied about their warranty. There is no support. All they will do is tell you that the product you bought is old and they do not make those parts anymore and then thank you I guess for waisting your time and money. When you check their website this old product they are talking about is the same one they are currently selling. What a scam. All is great up until you need customer support. In my opinion if you are going to pay high prices you would expect the warranty to be honored. You might be rich who knows but if you care about your money stay away from them. The warranty is a lie. I thought the product was expensive because their warranty sounded awesome. Its all a big story. BUYER BEWARE

Like the machine... but...
After 2 years of the gentlest use you could imagine, (used by 68 yr old woman only, so no heavy weight or letting the the weights fall) a pulley wheel broke and cables shredded. The company did provide replacement parts but when said while the machine was technically still under the manufacturers warranty, it did not apply because I bought this machine on Amazon. For the manufacturer's warrant to apply, I'd've had to buy it from their website or their brick and mortar store. Come on.
