Difference between slimline and deluxe ALR models, and what is the return policy?

The difference between Slimline and Deluxe Tension Screen is actually that the material of the housing is different. Slimline(and Mortar Mount) is an aluminum housing, but Deluxe is an iron housing. 
Therefore, Slimline is of better quality，better looking, and it is very easy to install. Slimline (or Mortar Mount), S housing has a sliding slot. When installing, simply install the hanger, then hang this screen on the bracket and slide to change the screen to the appropriate position. However, Deluxe does not have this feature.

Manufacturer's warranty 
1. The company provides two-year free warranty service for the products sold. That is, within two years, due to the product itself material defects or design defects caused by the damage, can be replaced for free (within one year, but must ensure that the product appearance is not damaged). After one year, the replacement will be at a cost. 
2. Within one week after sales, if the product is seriously affected by quality problems, the product may be returned or replaced, provided that the product appearance is free from any damage and the package is complete; We promise to complete the return and replacement procedures within two working days after receiving the returned products.

I am interested in this screen but would like a manual version. Can I order a manual pull-down screen with soft close?

Does this screen have a minimum throw ratio?

Hi there,
The throw Ratio depends on the projector. Throw Ratio is the ratio of the distance from the projector to the screen relative to the width of the projected image on the screen. Important value for calculating projection distance and screen size. Through this throw ratio, the size of the screen to be projected and the required projection distance can be calculated. Or use the known projection distance to calculate the projected screen size.
