Acclaim Plus Extra Body Acid Perm Unisex Treatment 1 Application

I have used this perm for years -at least 25 years- and it is THE best. I only leave it in for 7 minutes. It provides great curl that lasts until it's cut out. I wear my hair longer than most and use the smallest rollers. It produces a very tight curl with no frizz. My hair is fine and thin. No one believes this when they see my hair. I do wash, dry and go most days by using just a round brush. My hair is white and hard to curl, this perm stays in for at least 4 months or until I cut it.

this review is for 2 products from AMAZON. I have used hot rollers for 40+ years. Many different versions most with steam. My hair has always been dry and I find the additional heat adds to the dryness plus I do not over shampoo. Now I use argon oil to nourish my hair. I currently have a fairly fresh perm Zotos Acclaim (naturally STRAIGHT hair) and my length is long and fine and thinning on top. After shampoo I set hair on magnetic rollers and set under the dryer. This gives me a firm curl that last a few days. Then I use the Remington hot rollers on those days when the curl is loose. The picture is 4 days after shampoo using this product. The roller set will travel easy due to be very light. I used the perm according to directions with white and gray rods from Sallys. No burning or breaking.

I've used this permanent wave before, always with very good results. I was happy to find it through Amazon as perms are difficult to find in drugstores or beauty supply stores...current styles are longer, straight & blown dry...my very straight fine hair looks best worn short & curly. This product makes it possible and my hair is wash & go. No fuss.

Compre un mediano a firme, el resultado fue muy bueno, tenia el color teñido de rojo, pero se le fue el color, aun asi quedo bien, respecto al tiempo lo deje, más del tiempo recomendado, porque tarde para poner todos los productos, pero buen producto para hacerlo en casa

It was a little bit more than I pay wholesale as a licensed hairdresser, but I live rural and needed it in a pinch without traveling to major city to get one. Nice, soft perm, firm curls. Works well on Grey hair. I've used Acclaim before and are comparable to high end perms (ISO, Redden, etc) but at half the cost!

I have ordered this perm kit to give myself a home perm during the Coronavirus lockdown. This is the perm that my hairdresser usually uses on my hair in the salon. It suits my rather fine, grey hair. The perm always 'takes' well and I would recommend it to anyone whose hair suits an acid perm.

Perfect... this was just what I wanted very curly and very soft has not ruined my hair at all i would definitely recommend this and I will be using again best perm iv ever used love it
