Q: How long should I leave it on? Used 3 times with no difference to yellow blonde ballayage, was hoping for an ashy tone, thanks

I use it whenever I wash my hair which is every other day sometimes daily. I put it on in shower before washing myself so I’d say 3-4 mins tops then rinse. I use the orchid conditioner for coloured hair twice a week. I’ve been very happy with results.

Q: Can shampoo be used every day

I wouldn't use it every day- as it could dry your hair out. I would use it every other wash, and make sure you use conditioner. I use it once a week only, and that works well for me.
