These pillows are soft but still firm enough to be supportive, so they are really comfortable. The cooling feature actually works, and I have noticed a big improvement in my sleep since using them. I wake up feeling more rested and not overheated. I am already planning to order two more. Definitely recommend.

Love these and they work so well with the cooling pillow cases. I slept so comfortable. My boyfriend was hesitant but can’t say enough good stuff about them. They hug my head and neck which is a plus as I get migraines from neck pain so the support is amazing.

Like the pillow. Easy to adjust to desired height and thickness. Cool side is really cool, however, it doesn't stay cool all night.

I ordered these for my son who has neck issues and has gone through so many pillows trying to find one that he liked. They’re heavy, so i was worried that they might be “too” heavy to be able to sleep on comfortably, so I ordered a second set, one firmer than the other (just in case) and gave him a set for Xmas and he loved the first set so much without even trying the less firm ones.He also needs the cooling factor and these offered that, too. They are filled with pieces of memory foam (tons of it) and each pillow can be modified by removing some of the foam. The covers are beautiful, high quality fabric with a zipper so ts easy to remove or replace the foam pieces. The size is perfect and they keep their shape. I kept the second set i ordered rather than returning them and i love the pillows. I actually modified two by removing some of the foam pieces. I kept the foam pieces in a zippered pillow protector and i can always adjust mine when or if i need to. 1000% love these.

After using the queen-size version of these pillows for over a year, we purchased the king-size set when we upgraded to a king mattress. Both my husband and I really like them. The cooling feature works well, and we like that each side feels different—when I run cold, I use the softer bamboo side, while my husband prefers the cooler side since he tends to sleep hot. They fit well in our king-size pillowcases and feel supportive in all sleeping positions, whether I’m on my stomach, side, or back. I also appreciate that you can remove some of the filling to adjust the firmness. The covers are washable, which makes them easy to maintain. Overall, we’re very happy with this repurchase and the long-lasting comfort.

Only stays cool for about 10 minutes then it just soaks in your body heat and becomes hot. This pillow does not stay cool the whole time you’re sleeping. At first, yes it will be cool but after about five or 10 minutes, it just absorbs all your head heat and the pillow looses it’s “coolness”

wonderful pillows that definitely are what they say! One side stays cool and the other is soft. They shape to the way you lay on them and bounce right back up. Worth the purchase.

I absolutely love these Cooling Queen Size Pillows! No better at cooling than any other regular pillow.

Very durable. I have had this pillow for more than a year and packed it with me while I travelled the world. Before every flight I compress it as much as possible and tie with strings. At my next destination it expands back up to the normal size. And I took 8 flights in the span of 2 months, and the pillow is still nice and comfortable.

My main problem is that those covers get warm very fast as soon as your face touches them.
