DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR!!! reached out to Herman Miller for issues with my chair that I paid almost $900 to find out Amazon is not an authorized dealer for their product. received a refurbished chair The chair is starting to rip, unbalanced, simply not worth the money spent and very disappointed in the lack of interest in their customers. The seat part is very comfy and helps with my back ache but the arm rest are not sturdy, chair wobbles, just not worth the money spent

purchased this chair that offers a 30 day return policy. This is refurbished and not new. Although the chair is quite comfortable, every time I moved at all, it squeaked continuously, quite annoying. I reached out to the seller explaining the issue, no reply, I reached out again, still no reply. Because the seller would not reply and I contacted AMZN for help to process the return. After receiving confirmation the chair was delivered, still no refund or reply from the seller. I had to reach out to my credit card company to file a complain and they handled the refund. Be careful of this seller as I don't recommend buying any products from them.

What a quality product. My boss gave me an old one at work but the price was out of my range. So glad to get this renewed one for so cheap. It looks like all the contact points have been replace and other parts turned up. I assembled it in about 10 minutes or less without reading the instructions. It was self evident. Went through all the functions at work. Glad to own something that can be passed down the generations. Following the advice of my mother “if you buy the best you only have to buy once.” Since switching to this my hip no longer keep me awake at night and it’s even allows perfect posture for my meditation with the tilt forward and lock feather. Thinking about adding a few accessories that are available such as the head rest and the cushion since between my work and study time I’m in this chair about 12-14 hours a day. As my friend says “this is a King’s chair. It absolutely is and being renewed I saved a this from the land fill and almost no carbon footprint.

A complicated chair that is best bought already set up. Only moderately comfortable; depends on your physiology. Prob. chairs should be made for individual physiologies.

I had one of these at work years ago. Most adjustable & comfortable chair I ever sat in. I finally bought one for home. YEAAA!!! THANKS for a GREAT product!
