Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The second printer I received from my workplace was an old HP950, which I wanted to see was operational or not. I received these non-OEM cartridges from IKONG, and after a bit of configuration was able to get them to function as normal.Don’t be deterred if you receive the message ‘Non-Genuine’ after you install any of the cartridges and run the ‘cleaning process’. This is to be expected, Simply type ‘Yes’ and proceed. You may have to do this a few times, as I did, but it printed successfully after this.One again, I am very pleased with the rich and vibrant colours, and don’t honestly think there’s much difference between the output of these cartridges and OEM ones. There was no smudging, left over residue and more importantly no unsightly blending of the colours. Package comes with 5 cartridges (2 black, 1 Magenta, I Cyan and 1 Yellow).Although I haven’t tried other compatible HP printers, these cartridges are versatile, adaptable and congruous with numerous HP Officejet Pro models. It would be interesting to see how users of those printers fare with these cartridges.As aforementioned, I have to decide which of the three printers I will keep, but if I keep this printer, I will purchase these cartridges, as I’ve tried and tested them and have been pleased with their performance in the time I have used them. I printed off 80 pages on the 1st day and 90 on the second day and 85 today – the quality of print is the same for the 1st page, as the 255th page.

The cartridges arrived very promptly. I deliberately do not buy HP cartridges because my printer said one set were fake (they were bought from a reliable source at the normal price and looked perfect) and refused to work so now I buy makes that I hope no-one will try to fake. My printer this time was saying "there is an ink or printer problem" with suggestions to turn it off, turn it on, contact HP etc. That did not work so checking the cartridges one seemed empty. On replacing that with the IKONG set everything is working perfectly. Yet another HP ruse to encourage me to buy HP parts. It does not report that ink is low or that a cartridge needs replacing.

This is the first time I have purchased these and although only changed one of my colours so far as had run out, printing colour seems to be working well. Printer lets me know it is not an HP cartage but the whole set of these are a very small percentage to the cost, and this after several years of purchasing the recommended HP cartages and all the costs I have had to put out, it is now time to tighten the purse strings and if these are doing the same job and quality, this is something I need to take into consideration. I will certainly be re-ordering in the future.

I needed to print some documents and receipts and my cyan cartridge had run out. I tried to print in Black and white only to no avail; the printer needs to have all cartridges to have some ink in them even to print in Black and white only.I shopped for a set of HP 4 cartridges for my HP 8620 and was horrified by the cost £140 at amazon and nearly £120 at PC world.I then bough KONG 950 XL 951 XL Replacement for HP 950XL 951XL Ink Cartridges which are advertised as compatible with my printer, they arrived on time and they worked very well, easy to install and at a FRACTION of the price.Thanks for saving my day and my wallet.

I'm not one for writing reviews however I feel that this time I need to, to protect others!I've always used genuine HP cartridges which are £99 a set but found myself in a position where that was a lot of money that I could not afford this time, so thought I'd try compatibles instead, so having read the reviews it looked good stats wise so I gave them a go!Worst thing I could of done! From the moment the first cartridge went in I had problems! My print heads are completely blocked, I have to clean them 3-4 times every morning before I can even start to print anything wasting time, ink and paper only to then print very poor at 60% quality stripes everywhere I then have to repeat this later on in the day else the quality worsens yet again!I cannot carry on like this so I've just re ordered genuine HP cartridges hoping that this will cure the problem and in hope that these shoddy compatibles haven't damaged my print heads completely! DO NOT BUY!

I was wary about purchasing these inks as I had tried a non HP branded product before and was disappointed. However, print quality is good, maybe not as sharp colours as the HP brand, but absolutely fine for day to day mostly black and white use. Got the warning that they were not HP brand but had no problem installing on my old HP 8610 printer. At 7 times less than the price for the HP product and the advantage of 2 black XL cartridges, it seems a bit of a no brainer. I shall see if the quality remains throughout the life of the cartridges, and if it does, shall continue to purchase these inks.

I used these inks in my friends printer and have had no problems.The inks came well packaged and were easy to install into the printer. If you are unsure about installing into a printer there's a handy little leaflet inside the box that explains how to put the inks in.As for printing quality I'm pleased. When printing a page of text the page looks clear and precise. No complaints.Overall these inks are good for the price. I would recommend.
