where is the microphone port? It shows it has the device in the sound properties, but only a headphone jack on the box

The earphone jack is the microphone jack. It's an either or thing. Go to the Realtek Media Manager in control panel to see options.

Does this unit offer good quality 7.1 sound? And are the drivers online in case someone wanted to load a fresh copy of Windows 10 Pro?
