Works great & looks great.
This electric kettle is just great. I had ordered another brand & had to return it twice it would not cut off when boiled. Prestige brand cuts off soon after it fully boils it doesn't over boil... It looks good & is one of the best electric kettles I have had. I'm very, very happy with it.

High pricing and worst product
I was not in my home when I recieved it, my old parents can't open it. 10 days after I came, checked the product; it is not working. Contacted Amazon, they are said no return after 10 days also there is no home service available,contact nearest service centre

It is good and very easy to use. highly recommended good quality 💯

Heats water quickly, but fails in about 12 months, not robust and long living
The product worked well - fast heating, auto cut off, made a habit of drinking warm water all the time. However, about 12 months into it when the warranty expired, it just failed and doesn't switch on anymore. There was no brown out or electricity issue at that time, so it looks like the coil or circuit gave up
