Better than I expected. Once I zeroed out the miter, it is dead on and repeatable at 90 degrees. That is all I tested. Very sturdy, easy assembly and setup, did not have to look at the directions. Love the fence and the graduations. The stop is stiff enough for real use. the adjustment for the slide works very well. I would buy it again if I needed one. The small parts sled is also better than expected. It is 90 degrees as best I could measure with a good framing square. No adjustments needed. Nice fit and finish. The only thing that could be better is the adjustments on the slide bar are nylon set screws from the side that are tedious to adjust and move with use. Need to add some Loctite or something I suppose. Great value and saved a lot of time instead of designing and building one from scratch. Feels very safe now to make small wood pieces.

Took 5 minutes to assemble and 20 minutes to square up. It was a degree + out of square. Simple matter of loosening the four 3mm screws holding the fence backing to the gauge itself. Set the gauge at 0* and use a good square to line up the edge of the blade and the fence. Once satisfied, hold the fence down tight and carefully tighten the screws back down. Check again and repeat if needed. Once the 90* was set, the 45, 22,5 were dead on. Of course get your three slot disks adjusted for your slot so it slides freely with no side play first, then square the fence last. The allen wrenches they send are soft and the screws for the fence were tight. I could feel the first head starting to deform so I threw those out and used a metric set of Bondhus 2mm and 3mm wrenches. Much better fit. After far too many test cuts I am impressed with the accuracy and repeatability of this miter gauge. The included flip stop is solid with no deflection also. Good bang for the buck here. Using machinists squares and I can't see a $400 gauge getting any tighter joints than this gives you once it's set up. It's a keeper.

Excellent product. Very fine details, quality aluminum and paint. Only thing is... they did not send me the fence. I had to reach out to powertec and send over proof of purchase. They did but I had to wait another week to get it. Very disappointing when you buy an expensive tool and you only get half the tool.

I bought this to replace the mediocre miter gauge that came with my new tablesaw. I am a learning woodpecker and have been frustrated with the accuracy of cuts from my old saw, and decided to fix the known issues. This device is solid. Adjusting it to the slot of my Dewalt saw was a breeze. I like that the parts locking a preset angle are all metal with no wiggle. The included fence is impressive, with multiple T-slots and the included flip stop. Only two "dings" to report. One part on the slot shaft fell off out of the box, and could have been lost if I wasn't careful. And the initial 90 degree was off by about a degree. It was easy to fix, though, with a good-quality square. I expect to see my cutting accuracy and ease of assembly go way up!

I bought this to replace the cheap one that came with my Dewalt table saw. It works great and it's very well made.

I got this to use with my Dewalt DWE7485, the compact table saw. Pros: - love the super-accurate gauge - love the sturdy feel of the fence, locking stop, and gauge - was able to adjust the slide tolerance very easily Cons: - the bottom of the plate is plastic, and the bottom of it is not flush with the metal slide strip - both the gauge is also not flush with the metal slide strip - as a result the gauge and plastic parts both separately hit the table when the slide strip is in the track, so they have to be "bumped up" to clear the front corner of the table. Frustrating. - the fence is so heavy / long that it is prone to tipping the gauge off the side of the compact table (not the fault of the fence, the table just may not be a good size for this particular tool). All in all I'll keep playing with it, but I'm disappointed the tool isn't fully bottom-flush right out of the box. I did try various washers in various places to try to make the bottom more flush, but it makes the overall slide unstable / tipsy. Not yet found a good solution. Maybe good for another table saw / tool with a sliding track.

Wow this mitre fence system is built like a tank! Very well made and very sturdy! Checked for square and it was spot on. Made in Taiwan and very pleased.

I just Installed it on my table saw, and after slight adjustments, made angled saw cuts for picture frames. Everything looks fine, but I haven’t done final assembly yet.
