A Beautiful Picture & Sound Update for a Violent 90s Classic!
I’m just gonna say it, I think CASINO has the better soundtrack over GOODFELLAS, so it’s the movie I’ll throw on in the background for that reason alone. The new 4K release is not crystal clear picture so you really get to see that De Niro dummy fire up in the opening, but the soundtrack is mastered beautifully to where you can hear those bats brutally end the lives of the those Nicky & Dominic dummies too. What are you gonna do? Wait for another release…look why take a chance?

Soy fan del director Martin Scorsese y cuando vi que Universal Studios restauró en formato 4K Ultra HD el clásico "Casino" la compré de inmediato. Se ve espectacular, con una calidad de imagen fuera de serie. El único inconveniente es que no trae Slipcover

Nous ne sommes pas au pays des bisounours, quelle violence gratuite, quelle névrose. Enfin si ça leur plait de vivre ainsi à certains? Moi ce que j'en dis c'est que je vis mieux ladrement, caché, gris souris effrayée, dans le fin fond de ma campagne basque que dans les projecteurs de Las Vegas où ailleurs, ce monde artificiel où les deux seules valeurs sont pognon et violence. A part ça le film est bon, bien joué, on y croit. Mais on ne les envie pas. Cinq étoiles car c'est une performance.
