Very sturdy chair. And provides good back support. The material used looks rich and plush. Has all the required features. 360-degree swivel. Good and smooth roller wheels, Armrests. Can adjust the height at the touch of the level. A lean-back facility that can be locked. So easy to assemble. Need no help at all. Very happy with this overall. - Excellent & service, too, I may add. The pneumatic system developed a fault after some 6 months of use. It took only a phone call from me and they sent off a new part.

Review after more than two months of daily 10 hour usage because of WFH Goods: - Excellent quality and materials used - Chair is wider than normal office chairs, really comfy for large people as well - Easy to assemble - Not a thread loose, good attention to detail Cons - Any artificial leather or leatherette is prone to heating, I use simple cushion (in picture) to get past. Can also use a shawl or cotton sheet - Backrest is strictly medium back, would have liked a couple of inches more, can be issue if you are 6 feet tall or more ( I am 5 "10 and its barely enough for me) - Pricing - I got this chair for 4,646 on 10 May 20 and totally worth that price, however seller has not increased to 8,699 which isnt worth IMO

This is an average chair and bit expensive for the comfort it offers. The thigh support will be insufficient for anyone above 5 feet 6 inches tall. The build quality is good but the wheels broke within 2 days. The after sales service is pathetic. The vendor lacks professionalism and has no intentions to provide customer support. I did not receive replacement wheels despite several follow ups. This chair is not for prolonged use. Don't buy this if you plan to sit for long hours. It won't be comfortable.

Comfort: I am 5'5 and for me the backrest is sufficient but for someone who is taller the backrest may be too short. It does not have a neck rest and the hand rest is not adjustible. The back goes back as described in the product details. Quality: The structure is quite firm and sturdy. The leatherette is not the best quality. Presentation: The visible parts are neatly stitched however the underside has loose stitches although doesn't seem like it would come apart easily. Overall it looks pretty sleek. Price: Its totally worth the cost at the time I purchased it (4k). Most chairs in a similar type are much more expensive. Ease of Installation: Really was a quick DIY installation. Literally just had to put 3 pieces together and I could do it alone.
