I've been using it for years. Spontex products are generally good quality as per my experience so far.

did not ring all the water out from mop head not happy with it when cleaning floors mop head very floppy and makes the floor to wet and takes a time for the floor to dry.

I like this mop for general cleaning is very good and very important not leaving very wet floor .

Didn't fit the spontex twist mop. I think they might have changed the design - usually they screw on. This would have been the third replacement for the mop stick so I've bought these before and usually have no problem. This was packaged differently and didn't screw on. Waste of money.

Brush arrives fully installed and ready to gp. Very absprbent and the rathchet type squeeze function is very good and simple to use, No strength required to operate. mop head is detachable and can be cleaned however there will be some point in time you feel a fresh mop ihead is required. These are easy to order seperately and simple to remove and refit.

We bought the starter mop, and a replace one also the folding bucket, little storage in our apartment, unfortunately we did not keep the packaging with how to to mop and handle together, once we eventually got it, I am ok with it, I find that turning the handles with arthritis does not twist as much water out a sI would like, but I am impressed with the system, clean floors with ease.

Balai apprécié pour son usage. Par contre si en changeant le balai, on ne fait pas attention et casse la goupille alors il faut remplacer la totalité balai + manche. Le fabriquant ne fourni pas de pièce de rechange
