Really useful to have generally or if you’re a tradesman. Installation is easy, using the app and device is easy and the build and video quality is great. The fact this is doesn’t connect directly to the phone with a cable, that gives you more freedom and flexibility to use. For example, I had a built in fridge which was not always cooling. I suspected the door wasn’t closing Properly, I was able to put the camera inside the fridge and see if the seal was connecting or not. the tip of the camera has a light so it was possible to see. As suspected, it wasn’t closing properly. to use, Connect the phone to the device WiFi, open the DR-SEE app and you are connected. The app allows you to record directly to your device. Also allows you to change the orientation. So if you have the camera upside down, you can correct that in the app. comes with 3 tips, mirrored one, hook and a magnet.

I'm not as impressed as some of the reviews. I have used this a couple of times to good affect. The wi-fi connection is easy to do, but I did find the frame rate of the camera was highly variable for no apprarent reason. Sometimes it was smooth high frama rate, other times it would almost freeze the picture. It does work and the battery won't give out on you quickly. An indication as to which way up to read the battery percentage would be nice! I was using it and at point the battery indicator was either 60% or 09%. I had to wait until the battery drained further to know which it was (60% thankfully). The hardest thing about the endoscope is actually guiding it in to position. watching the camera on the mobile phone is not easy to say the least, particularly when you lose the sense of up and down in relation to the camera. The second hardest thing about this product is the length of the lead.I'm not saying it's too long, but this length has both advantages and disadvantages. it can go a long way into things which are out of our reach but this also means it is tricky to guide over that length. I also find it difficult to handle the spare length and the battery pack and guide the camera with one hand whilst holding my phone with the other. This is a problem with a lot of the endoscopes like this, not just this one.

Within a minute of it being out of the box it was being used, the instructions has a QR code to scan, takes you right to download the app. Came charged so ready to go. Picture quality is very good and the light is good, app has a picture rotation slider to get the right angle without having to rotate the camera. Used it to locate a screw which I dropped down the side of my car engine, was on a plastic tray, otherwise I would have had to remove it to locate the air filter box screw. The magnetic attachment made it so easy to grab the screw.

It connects up to the phone via the app easily, just follow the instructions, picture is clear and easily controlled on the app such as brightness, angle of view. 3 stars as I was trying to see behind some cabinets and an inbuilt fridge, have no control over the cable, keeps bending and getting caught just couldn’t get it to be straight... if looking in a pipe where direction is easily controlled should be fine.... ps do like that you can record what you see.

The unit comes in a simple box, but is ready to use straight away. Turn it on and it displays a digital battery percentage indication, connect to the units wifi signal and you are ready to use. It can capture video and pictures for when you need to see in tight corners or behind things. It also comes with a magnet and mirror attachments. The picture/video capture is of high quality, suitable for all uses.

If you’re buying this to look down a drain - move on. Yea it’s a WiFi camera on a long rigid cable but that soon becomes pretty useless when trying to push it through a drain pipe with bends and curves. The cable isn’t quite rigid enough to keep its form. you’ll be struggling to push more than 4m so there’s not much point in having such a long cable. App seems ok but very basic.

Works well and wirelessly so all good. Only downside was once the camera lens is inserted into any crevice or difficult to view place, it's a mission trying to twist the cable around just to straighten out the image on your viewing screen . Could do with a marker on it as to which is the right angle to view from maybe. Other than that and average picture quality it's ok and dies the job well.
